Recently, some music from Super Mario Maker.

In particular, the Super Mario World Airship theme (and its Yoshi variant) are rather nice.

Other recent games I've played with nice music:
Lennus 2 (particularly the final dungeon music, and the Lennus overworld music)
Phantasy Star 3 (music is well composed, though it has issues like some numbers sounding too harsh and some inner parts (like the second voice in the Shusoran round) being too quiet.

Also, Ultima 3 has some nice music (though it is sadly missing from the PC port available on this site).
