Antichrisis' new album. This brings me back, after happening to rather fix on them way back because plenty of the lyrics felt like giving voice to what I was feeling after what had happened at the time... And a few days ago, got an e-mail announcing me of the release, guess my e-mail had been saved from back in the day, just around the time of the 15th anniversary (commemoration, for me?) of it, so finally getting around to it.
Only took them 8 years to release another actual album. Then again, it was 12 between the previous 2, these 2 being just Sid and Ayuma, the band having disbanded long before, and having been mostly on hiatus for years before disbanding.
Not too keen on the sound even back then, not what I'd listen to otherwise, but as I said, it was a matter of the lyrics. Even less keen on the sound now, but there are still some that sound interesting, and some lyrics that still hit deep... And what timing...
