Audioslave - Shadow on the Sun.
15 years after I first heard this song as a teenager, it now brings tears to my eyes every time this plays. I never understood then. I feel it now.
Such a desperately sad song that I feel I get more and more as time goes by. A warning from one who knew the pain and who is unfortunately gone from our lives. It makes me want to chase the silver lining when all around is storm clouds.
