Escape your own past and the gaze of a great Dark Eye!

Ready for some more adventuring? The rest of Daedalic's remarkable catalog is joining our Weekly Sale Vol. X and it's taking us to some rather peculiar places that may or may not be a figment of our imagination.

They're rascals, miscreants, and oftentimes at odds with each other. Yet, these Blackguards are just the people for the job when it comes to preventing the world from ending. Turn-based strategy-RPG gameplay and a truly gritty story set in the compelling Dark Eye universe.

You can run from oppressive caretakers and unstable inmates but you cannot escape your own memories. Edna & Harvey know this all too well, but that doesn't stop them from trying! Especially since it involves exploring an insane asylum filled with bizarre interactions and mind-racking puzzles.

That's not all, though! There's plenty more to love here, like: Bounty Train, The Night of the Rabbit, Valhalla Hills, Silence, and several other winners, up to -90%! Don't forget – there are just a few days left to grab what you want!

Did you miss Monday's launch of our Weekly Sale? Check it out - it's all about escaping a colorful junk world and braving the perilous Underground.

The Weekly Sale will last until April 3, 4:00 PM UTC.
It broke again! :D

EDIT: Not anymore. Nice 90% discount to celebrate the recent Linux release of The Whispered World. Got it!

Last weekend we changed time to summer time so for me it's still the same (noon in Poland) I guess GOG follow the local time when they schedule their standard promos/releases

Nope, it's 11AM UTC as usual.

Last weekend we changed into Daylight Saving Time here in Europe. Dunno how it works in Taiwan, if you changed the time 2 weeks ago like in America, or you don't change it at all, that could be the explanation.

It is 10:54 AM UTC now, as I type the time. :-P

I'm so stupid... :S

Of course you're right. Ghorpm explained it well: weekly sales usually appear and are updated at 12PM CET, which is now at 10AM UTC, whereas it was 11AM UTC until last weekend.
Kim is included in this sale.

I'd like to buy it; but might also want the OST and/or Deluxe edition instead of the "standard" edition - but GOG is only selling the standard edition at this time. I've decided to postpone buying it while I await some sign that GOG is going to carry those items as well.

Having run into this problem before - with Invisible Inc. I purchased it and the Contingency Plan DLC here on GOG - but GOG still doesn't carry the OST DLC - and I can't even buy it on Steam UNLESS I also [re]-purchase the game on Steam (which I already purchased here on GOG).

So... besides my avoidance of Steam as a place where I don't "play" (which would pose a problem for me if I *could* buy the items from Steam that GOG isn't carrying - because I won't buy from them) - I sure don't feel like re-purchasing the base game AGAIN from Steam just to order the OST that GOG isn't offering.

Having run into that; I've decided not to purchase Kim at this time, even though I'd like to.

The Developer has replied to this issue on GOG.

Chances are you (GOG) aren't going to reply to this (just by looking at the odds - because the same issue has already been earlier "ignored" . But I figure you'll probably be reading this post - so I put this out there so you can see why at least one customer isn't buying something from you that they want to buy; and why. Will it make a difference? Don't know - but there it is for you.. :)

Could somebody please tell me what's in the sale? GOG is now totally broken and I cannot open a page listing the sales.

I've got the game already on Steam (from one of Humble Bundles, I suppose), but I would probably buy it here, just to say "thanks for porting to Linux". The Whispered World is not perfect, but it's nice enough for point&click fans and its graphics looks just amazing! I love that style.

Oh, and one more thing. The game is also discounted on Steam. It seems to be the same discount there - 90%. But their price is 4.69€. Here on GOG the same -90% means 1.59€...
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Would I like to be a saint? This, I am asking myself.
A pleasant collection of games, I will pick up the few Daedalic adventure games I don't have yet. They are quite expensive otherwise, albeit justifiably so in my opinion.

The Blackguards games were fun, but the save system was quite buggy, it usually took several attempts for the game to actually save (you can check whether it has saved or not by looking at the Load games available).

I'm curious about the gameplay in Bounty Train, but the setting does not really appeal to me.
