Any opinions on Cloudpunk and Gloomhaven?

It seems to be region locked in Japan on GOG but not on Steam, I guess that is what you are alluding to.

Maybe I'm over-elaborating on your point but just noticed it here.

Yes, it's region locked for us Germans.
Yet, they show us the DLCs as available in the sale.
Of course, if I would try to purchase any of the DLCs, I would be reminded on check out, that I need to own the main game...which I can't buy here, because of the region lock.

It is region locked for Germans on Steam as well and the reason (als always is simple: the game is on the index list in Germany and can only be sold to customers age 18+ but according to German (stupid ;)) laws you need a proper age check to do so which neither GOG nor Steam has so the easiest way is to simply region lock such games.

Make a petition or similar that the locking doesn't work as expected?
