It's PDXCON time again and for three days Paradox fans will be converging to Berlin, Germany to celebrate the epic games in the publisher's expansive catalog! Even if you're not attending, doesn't mean you can't participate in the fun: our Paradox Sale is now on, with a wide array of modern classics going for up to 80% off. So get ready to micromanage, macromanage, lead, build, conquer and watch all of your hard work result in glory or crumble to dust in spectacular fashion.

Pillars of Eternity (up to 50%) and Tyranny (-50%) are two prime examples of why the isometric, party-based RPGs of yore needed to come back and stay. Age of Wonders series (up to 80%), Imperator: Rome (-33%), Majesty (-75%), and Hearts of Iron (up to 75%) will more than scratch your tactical itch while sucking you in their respective worlds.

Are you more in a mood to get lost in space over this weekend? Then, check out the superb Stellaris series (up to -75%) or Surviving Mars (up to -66%). Finally, BATTLETECH (up to -66%) will give you the shot of intergalactic war you’ve been asking for.

The Paradox Sale ends on October 21st, 1PM UTC.
;)
Looking forward to the sale when it goes up properly with a working link and all that.
Ugh... I just threw up a little.

Another Paradox sale? Maybe some new "Complete" Paradox releases would help ;)
I got the news that Crusader Kings II(no dlcs, just the base game) is now free to play. Are we going to have it here too? Along with other Paradox games?
Is there any link to the sale?

It's hard to care about Paradox anymore. While they release a couple things on GOG, they're not consumer friendly (such as Imperator Rome disallowing GALAXY cloud saves in favor of a Paradox-account-required external system to do the same thing in an inferior way). Oh, and their crap that removed LAN play from the Age of Wonders series to Internet-only ("LAN" play in AOW3 is DRMed behind the Internet account!)

I didn't bother with Planetfall.

Now, I will get Cities Skylines if they ever get off their high fucking horse and release it here, but that's about it.
Is that true that Prison Architect is no longer DRM-Free after Paradox acquired rights for this game?
Reviews say that you have to use Paradox Launcher, you have to be always online.
Paradox... Con. Appropriate. (Trollolo)
Man I already picked up some of these during the space game sale. Really enjoying Battletech but have no interest in the DLC. I also have Stellaris on Steam and the DLC for that is still a harsh pill to swallow.

So there is what, 3 or 4 games on sale here? The other 60 pages look to be different versions of those games and dlc for those games. Perhaps have a tidy up and sell one complete edition of each.

Just tested...
Installed via Galaxy 1. Disconnected network. On clicking "play" it installed launcher and started it. But it worked (and started game). Exited. Went to folder and started the PrisonArchitect64.exe directly and it skipped launcher and went straight into game.

So, yeah -- another strike on Paradox (and GOG!) for pushing that launcher out and making it the default. But it's still not DRM. Just bad form. [Sorry, didn't have time also to download offline installer and try that.]

From here : https://www.gog.com/partner/ltt
we can a see a little pic of an upcoming "Victoria II: Civil War Edition"
That would be really nice if it means a complete edition of Victoria II coming here, DRM-free :)
