I missed this very important detail and that changes things.
My point of view is that if you sell something defective (a physical good) or software that doesn't work as advertised than you should eat the costs, not the costumer. You've pointed out that the store page advertises that it runs on Windows XP and Windows 7 and that it does so. That the TC is running Windows 10 and no claims were made that the game would run on that OS. With these important details, I side with the store. I hope you consider my point of view on both scenarios fair especially if you own a store.

Because Latin is the basis of the Romance languages (not just Italian but also French, Spanish, its dialect Portuguese, heck even Romanian) which means that a rudimentary grasp allows you to get by in those languages. Whereas Esperanto is spoken by … four people. And is easier to learn if you already know Latin.
English long ago lost its kinship with German, but there is still about a fifth of English vocabulary directly associated (Philip K. Dick was notable for using German etymology in his fiction in reverse frequency, by which I mean 80% of his vocabulary originated from words with German roots).
English lost its declensions (apart from some ossified instances, like the object of a preposition takes whoM instead of the nominative/accusative who) and even the T-V (thou-you) distinction.
GameRager: … "Lords and ladies" (in reverse order), "mister / sir and madam" (even "mistress"), "friend", "mate" (we use different word but very close in meaning), "brother", "bro" are more common. But … don't make me leave the site to look stuff up! This would have been a perfect post with the Russian vocabulary included. :) Bonus cookie for actual cyrillic transliterations! :D
Cadaver747: Refund was offered still, GOG wallet is just a solution to not pay double fees. I hope you open your own store someday, maybe it'll change your point of view.

It's interesting because the Australian law would enforce this absolute cash refund policy, but I'm not sure how it would be enforced on extralegal entity selling into the market, like Gog.
