Am I the only one that thinks that? I mean, it has been a long while since EA published any old games in here, and I would buy several games from them if they released working, digital copies here on GOG. What I would like to do, and I think it could benefit everyone here, is voting for all the games from EA you want to be released here, and if possible, sending emails to EA and commenting on their FB and Twitter pages asking for those games.

Just to name a few there's:

- Harry Potter games (Not very known, but the first 3 games are pretty good).
- Need for Speed games up to Most Wanted 2005.
- The Sims 1&2.
- Lord of The Rings: The Battle for Middle Earth.
- American McGee's Alice
- Command & Conquer series
- Dragon Age: Origins
- Noctropolis

Edit: Tell me your favorite classic EA titles so I can vote for them on the community wishlist and add them to the list above. Please vote for all the games above when you can, that way you will help to get them released faster.

Nope, not the only one. Last release of theirs was SimCity 4, back in June 2014. It's even worse with games from Ubisoft (last release in July 2013) and Activision (last release in October 2012).
Problem with the Harry Potter and LOTR games is that they were licensed from the IP holder and EA no longer has a license to sell or distribute them. (LOTR for sure, not sure who currently has a license to make Harry Potter games or if EA still has a license to do so.)

I think EA still has the rights for the Harry Potter games, but I could be wrong, because of the Lego HP games from WB Games.
It maybe hard to get more EA games here, I know one of the guys who worked over at Bioware-Mythic was a big help in getting games here as well as getting the expansion content but now that Mythic is dead I don't know if he is still working at EA.
I'm surprised Powermonger isn't available here, since Gog sells the Populous series and that's also EA and Bullfrog.
It's hopeless. All the big publishers are pulling out of GOG, realizing that it will never make any money, and soon GOG will be nothing but indie games that sell poorly. Eventually Steam will patent an unbelievable SDK, and all indie devs will leave GOG for Steam exclusivity. In the end every former GOG fan cries themselves to sleep.

Or Night Dive swoops in and buys all classic IP ever made, for Steam exclusivity, and since the only reason anybody ever used GOG was for old games difficult to get running on modern machines, GOG fades away since they have nothing to offer anymore. In the end every Shadowulfe cries himselves to sleep.

11/10 would read again.
Dragon Age Origins can also be classified as a classic in my book... It's already more than 5 years old
