It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

The site not working well on 1024*x devices and being absolutely terrible to navigate on a touchscreen despite looking like it was made for one are my only problems. Please, if things are supposed to scroll and slide around, make them actually do that (don't use mouse over dependencies to show hidden buttons) and leave space to touch the screen without accidentally opening something.

I suppose this can not be fixed without rewriting a lot of stuff from the ground up so I'm not expecting anything to be done about it. Write it on a post-it and stick it somewhere it will be found when it is time for a re-write 5+ years from now!
I want the gog logo to be colorful! It's current look is making me sad :(
The owned games notification doesn't work for me. I guess i'll get the 'update your browser' reply anyway. Not interested.

Vitek: Have they disabled it?

TheJoe: Missing from the entire post is confirmation that you're making it a top priority to restore email and password options to the My Account settings page.

I am bad at reading - blue on grey has always wigged me out.
Thanks for your feedback regarding the gift codes - we will look into this again, and see if we didn't miss anything. :) Will update you once I know more.

Reply attempt #3 [bears, bloody bears]:

I've tried all i can, without interfering with how other websites work. I'm not inclined to nuke my browser for one site. So, unless there's an option to clear one site's cookies/cache i'm afraid it's not an option.

[edit]
Oh, wait, just checked, i actually did that before. Sorry. So, no, purging 'personal data' of gog.com from the browser didn't change anything.

Chamb: -- Constant improvements and fine tuning based on your feedback. So keep posting about the things that bother you, and we will be looking at how to improve them / solve the issues.
Manually sorting the library still doesn't work right. After you clicked on a box to download something, you can't drag and drop any boxes to another position on the shelf (you have to refresh the site, before it works again).

Chamb: -- Marking titles as owned. We launched with an imperfect solution for this and we knew that it needed improvements, but we wanted to hear your opinion. You spoke up, and since the launch, we already made 2 or 3 versions of it. Right now, in our opinion, we have what is the best possible solution, as by greying out products that you own we're taking them out of the spotlight rather than making them more prominent.
The absolutely perfect solution is to have a checkbox in the catalog (make it unchecked by default if it hurts your bottom line) that allows to filter out the owned games completely. Apparently, I own 728 products out of 797. That's a lot of noise. If I want to buy a game for myself, I need to see the games I don't yet have on as few pages as possible. (If I want to buy a game for someone else, I don't need the catalog at all, I use the search function.) The current state of the catalog actively prevents me from buying games except on promos.
Please restore the time stamps to all game reviews as well as the ability to sort them by most recent. I contacted support about this and was merely told that my message would be forwarded to your website team so I have absolutely no idea whether this issue is on your agenda.
thank you for the update.
but one thing
one of the most discussed issues was the overall *greyness * of the site theme.is this deliberate or work in progress ?

I'm going to have to go with deliberate. Maybe the designer is colorblind or they are using it as an aide in the proliferation of eye cancer. :P
