Lemon_Curry: Now that you've introduced reviews for early access games (tagged [InDev Review]) it's about time you bring back the good old sorting by date feature.
Is there a wishlist entry so I can express my vote for this?

Until (and if) they do, you can get this feature back via Adalia Fundamentals.

Thanks HypersomniacLive, I know that but I consider it a rather counterproductive solution (even if it's only meant to be a temporary one) and therefore, on principle, I won't be using the script.

I can understand. Personally, I can't see myself going back to using the GOG site without BE and AF. I see no reason for my user experience here to suffer while I wait on GOG to bring back, improve and/or add functionality and features when the community is doing a swell job at it in the meantime; we deserve better than to punish ourselves for no reason.

Understandable, but "punishing" ourselves keeps up the frustration and criticism at some level, so we remember them from time to time to their tasks. It's our "job" to trample on GOG's feet until they get a couple essential things done - or re-done in some cases. I'm with Lemon_Curry; I also don't use such scripts out of principle. But this is of course not meant disrespectful to the makers and users of them :)

I assure you that using the scripts doesn't prevent me from remaining critical, and reminding GOG what they need to address, quite the contrary. ;-)
Number of characters for game reviews needs to be increased at least by 2000 characters for a substantial review to be made. Every review I try to write for a game ends beign 1000 characters or more over what you allow. It would be nice if it could be adjusted. Following that I haven't posted many reviews since its impossible to describe most games with just a few sentences.

Last is my review for 8-bit armies which I will now have to post in the release thread.

I still hate the fact that "The Witcher 3" is not show as owned for me just because I got the game because of the nvidia promo. Will this ever be shown. It's really strange seeing all Expansions as own but not the base game.

But using the script is more relaxing then talking to the wall GOG is when it comes to fixing elementary things. When was the last time GOG fixed one of their web site problems? I don't have that much time in my life and I plan to be happy in the time not asking for something that I won't get in this lifetime. It must have been about a year or so when I first asked them to introduce at least sort titles so that franchises could stay together in the library (that is basic database 101) but until now they did not. With AF I have now the complete freedom of manual sorting back so I don't care what GOG does in this case anymore. Manual sorting and using sort titles instead of real titles is very compliucated according to GOG (they told me in chat). Well, this ONE user has dione it so he's probably more capable than GOG in this case. I don't want to insult anybody here but these are the facts. I am now working with something GOG did not manage to do and I am so thankful to adaliabooks who GOG should hire for this great work imo!

Hey. We are aware of that and we don't like it - it's happening with some other games too - we will certainly tackle this problem. It's complicated stuff...
Is it possible that you could increase the forum font size to what it was before cause now its very tiny and hard to read. Font size changed only in forums.

I'm not sure but are Collector's Edition marked as owned now when you own the game and CE upgrade?

I don't know. There are far more complicated cases than this one :) + stuff about inheriting descriptions, genres etc.

Just wanted you all to know that it's not a problem that we're going to just ignore. I don't know when it will be tackled though.

Oh well, make sure you fix everything eventually though. :P
