Well, thanks to those m-effing trait- i meant to say wonderful gents, not only i cannot withdraw my capital from bank which is mine i overworked it etc., but my prepaid card cannot be charged now (put money it it), neither it can be used for buying things from other countries. Thankfully, i was intuitive enough to charge it right before the banks closed down, but this proves useless, since it cannot be used at all anyway.

Any wise person who knows any alternatives? I cannot open new bank account, i cannot get a credit card, right now, those are prohibited from express law implemented recently for however long this bloody sh*t is meant to last.

How can i circumvent the "no abroad transactions"? I want to buy, not to scam or pirate... Any ideas...?

You can always do trade.
If you know someone who is generous or trust worthy you can explain him your problem and ask him to buy a game for you.
And when everything gets back on track you can return the funds either in cash or buying the games in return.

I want to tell a little incident.
Very recently (during Borderlands bundle) a person posted there that he can't buy the 1$ tier because that bundle doesn't have pay by Bitcoin option.
So I giveaway 1$ tier to that person.He insisted to return me favor.
So when I was a little low on cash (or wanted to do a giveaway) I simply messaged him.
We exchanged 3 keys in that way.

Wanted to say that too, but I guess the problem here is that shops can't pay paysafecard (the company), so they can't sell paysafecards (the product).

Paysafe and paypal are already said to be invalid towards foreign transactions, so i don't even see a point in getting either...

Only E-banking is said to work, but i am not into that, i still live in my cave... My trustworthy pre-paid card, sob, sniff, the damn bank refuses the transaction! I already lost the deus ex sales, i won the first from a giveaway and i wanted to buy the second game, when on sales, before!!!

I was going to say something similar to this, anyway; Find someone who can do you the favor and whom you can pay back somehow once this nonsense is over.

Although, if e-banking is said to work (I don't even know what that is, as opposed to any other kind of transaction mentioned, since I do live under a very homely rock) it might just be worth a shot.

It's an online prepaid creditcard from a German bank.

I've used it for years. You put money on your account with them and can than use it online. Transaction fee is €1 (unless they changed it) for every money transfer to your account with them. I've transfer funds ranging from €50 to €200 and the fee was always €1.

Depends on the bank.

Some are, if you do online, than everything is pure online (don't like it either) and you will get charged for using the bank for the normal services, like using the counter or similar.
