vidsgame: I avoid clients like the plague and there are others here that do the same. Many here actually, at least on the forum.
Mawthra: That seems to be the case from all that I've read... I, myself, wouldn't have started using GOG if not for Galaxy
vidsgame: It's of course being updated mainly by one guy so by no means does it compete with valve or even galaxy but I found no very minor issues with using it and I mainly use Bluetooth with no dongles so that's a given but I've beaten Witcher 1 and 2 without many problems using it.
Mawthra: My problem with the software is it's just overall super janky, poorly designed... I know there's the exclusive feature of how it grabs the controller so nothing else can use it, but even with no game clients or games open, I get several rapid fire Windows notifications telling me it can't get exclusive control of my PS4 controller (wired or via the Bluetooth dongle) and from what I've read there's some other app you have to get that will force it to hide your controller? Too many hoops... I also paid to have the ads removed and a percentage fo the time when I launch it, it logs me out and I'm on as guest again with ads... and when I am logged in, even though I've donated, I still see messages about how much has been donated... the app needs not just a coder on it, but a UI designer as well to make it more usable... I get it, it's one guy and he's the only one really doing anything for it, but it leaves a lot to be desired

I have one of these instead. All the better features of many controllers with fewer of their drawbacks.
