There are tons of problems and if none can be resolve, I demand a full refund.

1. Client does not install game at all. Fcking wasted 100gb of my bandwidth or even more.
2. Client itself is having trouble login in most of the time. Don't tell me I have a slow bandwidth because I have a 800mbps internet speed. I can download 4gb in less than a 5min.
3. I submitted a ticket and it's been over 48hrs with no reply.

Website sucks too. Took almost a minute to load or sometimes doesn't load at all.

Support might take a while to get back to you.

I'd advise not using Galaxy if you're having problems as it is still in Beta even if they almost force it on people,
Currently you can still use either the GOG downloader or browser downloads

The slow reply time is probably due to the fact that there's a sale going on and that they don't work during weekends. (as far as I know)

It is pretty fun, I doubt that helps when it doesn't actually download like in the OP's case though. :P

That feature is not available in your region.

Yeah that is weird.
I wonder why he's having that issue.
The only time it loads slow for me is when using my phone.
I'm not going to defend Galaxy, but this guy with 800mbps seems to have more problems than people with less than 10Mbps. O_o

I have ONLY 200Mbps. The download goes pretty fast in Galaxy and even faster with the old GOG downloader or directly from site (i prefer direct download to be honest, but when i get lazy i use Galaxy, too). Site loads fine.

So, i guess the feature "Website sucks too" isn't available in my region, either.

Cleint side - autologin, logs in fine. Download limit - sky is the limit, as we "poor Eastern Europeans" do not have a monthly cap, like many of our american friends seem to have.

When there is a monthly cap limit, from my experience of the dark ages of internet from my country, the ISP can choose between severely restricting your bandwidth (128Kb and no download) or blocking your internet completely. So if you went over your monthly quota, you might have been heavily restricted.

Sometimes feels good to live in the hellhole of the world...

Dude, get real!

1. The Client is still in Beta and it is advised not to use it unless you have fast and uncapped internet speeds. And even if you do you are probably better off downloading the installers from the website instead of using the client.

2. I call bullshit on your speed. 800 mbps is 100 MB/s since 1 byte is 8 bit. That is about 1 GB in 10 seconds or 6 GB per minute or 30 GB in 5 minutes. I only have 250 mbps and I get about 1GB/min (which is pretty much my max speed) when GOG's servers aren't getting overused.

3. 48 hours ago? That would have been sunday. Most people don't work on sunday and because of the sale you can guess that support is pretty much swamped with requests for help right now. So give it some more time. Perhaps 1-2 more days.
