1 week ago buy witcher 3 and installed my pc nick lebent12 sign gog.com

now user not found why ????

I would guess that a someone took over your account and changed the email address. You should have received an email if that happened though.

Also, do note that you log in with email address, not nickname.

Best thing is to contact support with the information about your account. Beware that the support is often a bit slow so it can take some time:

Perhaps I should have been more clear, when saying it will take some time...
Support normally takes at least 1-2 days and sometimes even more. And it is weekend where support is only working with a minimum of people so give it some time.
