As JudasIscariot said most of us just do covers for the GOG catalog. Here is a copy of a Gothic 3 cover that I did for a friend. . . your luck was with you. The quality is not very good on the back cover since the back image is hard to find and usually of poor quality. It is a cover though, I don't have a Gothic Universe.
It is hard to find time to make GOG covers so making random covers would overwhelm us very quickly. Thiev would have to make another catagory as well.

Welcome to GOG Ang3lus, glad the cover will work. I did a search for a better back image before I posted the cover . . . no luck. When Gothic 3 lands on GOG someone will do a proper cover . . . =)

Meh I was editting stuff's blood pack dvd cover and I messed up on the front of the cover D:. I just wanted to enhance the photo but when I was editting the front I erased something on accident so I replaced it with caleb's face...after a little more editting I wasnt able to press undo back to the original thing. Was a template ever released? this would be easy to cook off, id love a professional template to create my own at least the GOG transparency and windows logo's

Looks great to me, all help is appreciated. I have less time now so feel free to make as many covers as you like . . . =)
I try to make only covers that don't exist but making dupes is ok with me. They release on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I will hold off on making covers for a while if you would like to make some. If you fall behind, I will jump back in. Check the links at the bottom of the post to see what covers already exist.
Edit: I believe we have covers for all games as of today's release
