Tiama: Hello people ! i'm desperate =( i have uninstall GoG Galaxy en reinstalled it and i have the same error each time i try to launch it Application didn't succed to start correctlt (0xc0000022)

I have try everything. Clean my registry, use the sc delete GalaxyCommunication and sc delete GalaxyClientService . Searched for every single files or folder who was name or contain a file related to GoG.com or GoGGalaxy. I even try to install it on another hard disk but nothing work =/

Thanks in advance and sorry for my poor english ! =)

JudasIscariot: What version of Windows are you using?

Tiama: Windows 10 last version in date

Kleetus: You could try reinstalling and running it as Admin.

What you will need to do next is go to our Mantis bug tracker here: http://mantis.gog.com/

Your GOG login will work there so don't worry about creating another account :)

Now, what you'll need to do is 1. take a screenshot of the error 2. give us some steps to reproduce it and 3. zip up all the logs you find here: C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\Logs and add them to your bug report so that our developers can look into your issue :)
