Unable to create a ticket to google support for a serious problem. Each time the bot refuses me (he refused 5-6 times). It's shameful.
The problem I want to point out is simple. The offline setup of the dlc sam enhanced version of metro exodus is corrupt (problem from the site that offers a corrupt setup).
But impossible to create a ticket the bot says that he cannot create a ticket. It is shameful. Because it's not the first time he does it (he does it to me all the time).
If it is impossible to contact support in the event of a problem, I would buy nothing more on this site.
