I am unable to access the support/contact page properly - selecting a support item and clicking "continue" does absolutely nothing, as far as I can tell.

I have attempted to use Firefox on Linux Mint, as well as Firefox on Android, and neither produces any response.

I was able to start filling out a support incident under the stock android browser, but was unable to determine if it actually sent anything to the support team or not.

I am nearly at my wits' end in attempting to resolve an issue with not receiving the two game codes advertised as "bonus goodies" with my purchase of the digital deluxe version of Wastelands 2, and am about to contact my bank to dispute the charges for a half-dozen games purchased on Tuesday of this week because I can not contact any form of customer support. My enthusiasm for this site is diminishing rapidly.

Please help me to receive the items I paid for.

Thank you.

Just keep trying as Gog is buggy at the moment.
And with a bit of luck someone may respond to your thread.

I do not see any avatars on the top-right, or anywhere on the page. I see my own avatar next to my post, and your avatar next to your post (both on the left), but I see no other avatars on the page whatsoever.

Thank you, though, for your quick and informative reply.

Judas is on vacation if I recall correctly.

Okay.
I'm not certain how to go about "talking to the blue" anyway, so that link was perhaps not as helpful as one would hope.

To access the codes for both of the games, click Wasteland 2's box, "More", "Serial keys". If they are not there, go here, select "website glitches or accessibility issues" as the problem type and tell support that the codes for Wasteland 1 and Bard's Tale are missing from your Wasteland 2 Digital Deluxe purchase.

Aha! Thank you very much for educating us! My wife is currently at work, but I will give her this information to see if it helps her get her additional games when she gets home.

... although my inability to access the support/contact us page (or at least get it to actually respond to clicks) will probably nullify the second option.

If this resolves the issue, I will come back and mark this as the accepted answer. My faith in this site as a source for all our gaming needs will also be restored. :)

I guess you tried to select "Technical issues with games" as your type of inquiry, right? Indeed, clicking continue will lead nowhere. Your best bet is to click the game's box (again), "More", "Support". Once there, you will find some text on the right side of the page and among them is a link that says "I can't find a solution for my problem". Click it and you will be able to file a support ticket for technical issues.

Actually, I selected the option that had to do with orders, payments, and downloading games.
I am disappointed to find that the support interface is quite unintuitive, and I never thought to attempt to get to game-specific support from the "library" page.

It might also have been useful for the order-completion email to have some instructions for accessing the purchased game(s)... Perhaps I am expecting too much polish?

The core issue may have simply been one of expectations; I received emails confirming my orders, as well as emails telling me I had received bonus games (I assume for purchasing things during the summer sale?) which contained game redemption codes - I expected a similar email to myself or my wife (it was a gift purchase) containing the codes for the bonus content for Wastelands 2.

Really? You mean that you can't access this link?

I appear to be able to, now, but was unable to access it earlier.
I have also had a chat contact from someone who may be GoG support personnel who asked me to check if it works correctly now, which may have something to do with it.

I am unsure what the issue was, and in any event I must now wait for my wife to return before I can do anything further (this will take a little over 4 hours).
