Hello all I have purchased NWN so that I can play online. I played on a multi player server Higher Ground which was by far one of the best persitant worlds I have ever played on so I am very excited to get back on. Now three days ago I found out I need to make a request to get the CD KEYs for the game I already paid for so I can play online. I made the request and at that point three days ago was very happy with my GoG service. now three days later I am starting to feel like I got ripped off...still cant play the game I paid for. Not one of the people from the company has said anything like...We are busy and cant bother to get to your request and send you a cd key so it may take awhiel.. or said anything for that matter. So I sit here wondering if 1 I have been heard and 2 if I will ever get the CD KEYs I paid for and requested for. Do I go to another company and BUY the game again so I can actually play it online because maybe this other company will give me my CD KEYs. So I ask have any of you gone through this and how long did it take and what did you do .. Have a wonderful days guys and my your gaming be fun

was it really neccesary to make another thread about the same problem ?

it was the weekend
gog is in europe they work on a different time schedule
you are not the only one with problems

WAIT do NOT open another ticket it wil be pushed back to the cue
if by friday your problem has not been resolved politely poke a blue ( a gog employee ) and explain the situation to them

I would say that a week would be definitely too long to solve such a minor problem. Wait until tomorrow and when you haven't received your key then, send a PM to one of the blues.

I know it didn't help you, but for me the support was always fast and extremely helpful. I'm sorry that your first experience is another one.

And yet it wasn't neccesary to start another thread about the same problem... ;)

mostly i said til friday to see if gog would sort it out themselves it was the weekend after all we we know how they are over the weekend
might as well yell at a wall during the weekend

if they havent sorted themselves out by friday its time to directly contact a blue
patience only goes so far in my opinion

I think that's not true. I'll try to find appropriate blue post to quote, but it may take some time...

I will post soon as I get my CD KEY and we will see how long they actually take to help their paying customers. I actually have alittle hope after cookie monster and snowkatt responded. Thanks friends

I've got a good news and a bad news. I found it! But... I also found a contradictory blue post. ;)

Destro wrote "we never push anything to the bottom of the queue".
However, a month earlier Ciris wrote "Please do not send multiple requests to support - if you do, your request is pushed to the back of the queue again."

E: To be honest I thought I've seen Firek write about this and I was hoping to find the post, but I had no luck.

Yep, but it seems that what Ciris said was wrong, that was the post I was refering to and Destro said it is wrong, and honestly I would trust Destro more in that situation.

Ah, I see, I didn't even look at the context.

Bribe them with snacks for better effect!

BTW, I've checked my email account. When I requested a key for NWN back in 2014, I got it after three days.
