So being currently on vocation finally decided to pre-order the Witcher 3, but now I got all prices in USD and not Roubles as it was in Moscow. And I can't change that. So should I wait till the end of my vocation which will be 1 month....?( Thanks.

Yep you need to wait since the different currencies are only available for certain countries. For example Americans can't even see the other currencies as far as I know. And in Europe you can only see Euros and USD.

It's not that ridiculous. This is what regional pricing is, pricing (and currencies) based on where you are.
