That would be really fascinating if true; however I found it easily via Google. (not MobyGames though) The game does have hundreds of wishlist votes, and probably over 2 years ago I passed along what info regarding the rights I could find to GOG and Night Dive (found somebody on LinkedIn who seemed to be heavily involved with the game). The bad review scores and (I assume) tech issues turned GOG, or at least Turnipslayerr ;), away however, but perhaps Night Dive pressed on.

Just guessing, its in development for quite some time, has no Moby entry & google shows everything but the game.

Frankly, all I did is go through the GOG wishlist until I found a game that was somewhat difficult to locate. I had never heard of it before.
