ThePunishedSnake: Buy it on Nuveem if you want spare some money, you can even send Nuveem a mail if you own Witcher 1+2 and they will match the discount offered by other side, you should receive preorder stuff too.
is this store legit, how do i set the language and in which currency do i have to pay? regional restrictions?

Yes, it's totally legit. You can't change the site's language. Some products are region restricted and you can't purchase them, but if there are no restrition, simply create an account, checkout and pay with Paypal.

Well, if you like Steam then I haven't said anything. ;)

I would recommend giving GOG a chance but that comes from the perspective of a user who didn't particularly like Steam before being aware that GOG exists. :)
