You'll never have to give him up, never have to say goodbye to Geralt, and you'll never have to deal with that one thing that kinda bugs you ever again. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is now moddable! Check out the official statement from CD PROJEKT RED for more details on where and how you can get started:

"Released today, the Modkit enables Witcher community to modify several aspects of the game to their own liking.

Thanks to texture import and export, gamers can now modify the looks and feel of in-game objects, while the possibility of substituting meshes allows to insert new models in the game world in place of existing ones. Finally, access to script files opens up an entirely new array or modification options to many in-game aspects, so modders can fire up their imagination and fiddle with item statistics and much more.

In order to download the Modkit, head on over to , the official home of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt mods where you can download the extractor itself as well as some of the exisiting mods. I don't care about MODS, especially when i've been waiting months for New Game plus. Mod capabilities shouldve been an after thought, AFTER NEW GAME PLUS. All I care about is New Game Plus and thats what I desire. So please stop with the distractions, because now i have to wait another week or maybe 2 to get what shouldve been main priority. I don't mean to come off as ungrateful RUNT, but I want NEW GAME PLUS!...

Well what about what other customers want? Why should your desire take priority? It seems kind of abritrary that any request should take prioirty over another. A great deal of gamers wanted to make mods and CDPR decided to go with that. I don't care what you don't care about. See how odd that sounds? NG+ will come when CDPR prioritise it. End of dicussion

Bwatts73: I reinstalled NMM a month ago after playing through W3 to check out the mods the community had created so far, but it doesnt detect or support Witcher 3. I simply get a "no games detected" message and the client closes. Do i need to reload Skyrim or Oblivion just to get mods for W3??
No, you just need to install the latest version of NMM. 0.56 or higher, which I believe just came out yesterday. Your install from a month ago doesn't work with W3 because util now mods for W3 weren't officially supported, and had to be installed manually.

"Months"? The game hasn't even been out for 3 months yet, shut the fuck up. New game plus is for PVE retards who want to feel overpowered in single player video games cause they suck at multiplayer games. It's the equivalent of using cheat codes.

It's a fucking worthless feature that adds nothing to the game.

Wow the internet sure have gioven you Courage and lets just label whats "months" are for you" Months - Plural of month, which means more than 1. (May, June, July & August) Game has been released May 23rd, its now July 15th, Therefor months. Keep swearing and being disrespectful to people online. Because we all know you cant do it in person. well quite sure our fellow modders will put it to good use so that's great news especially as mod tools were released way earlier than i expected! So ya let the modding begin!
