Hello, i'd like to ask if there's a possibility of getting the game The Witcher 3 activated also on Steam, as i won it buying a GTX 970, and earned the redeem code from nvidia.

For sure not. CDPR did not team up with nVidia to promote a GOG's competitor.

No, but with the flexibility that GOG and Galaxy provide... why would you want to redeem it elsewhere?
