As soon as I login on the GOG Connect page all the eligible games disappear and I get this message:

"ACCOUNTS CONNECTED
Looking for eligible games. Due to exceedingly high demand this may take up to several days, please check back later. Thank you for your patience."

This has been going on for at least 3-4 hours.

I also don't have the "Refresh" button on the page itself. The situation doesn't change witha different browser, GOG Galaxy, refreshing the page through the browser or by deleting cookies.

Is the message to wait correct? Will it be solved when demand becomes less?

This post, and the one below has the most general answer to what to do when one has issues with GOG Connect. In your case it sounds like your stuck in the refresh phase. It is possible that it takes that long if many people are requesting a scan, although it took less than a minute for me. Are you sure your Steam profile is public?

Attached is an image of what the refresh button should look like, and what it looks like while it's refreshing.

Thanks for the reply, I'm not seeing that at all, here's what I'm seeing:

Edit:

Also my steam account is public, I rechecked, I've also used GOG Connect a few times before too.

Thanks again.

Hmm... Unless anyone else has any ideas, my advice would be to wait a day or two and see if it just needed some time. If not, then contact GOG support.

Also, I forgot to link to this: https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003586109-Problems-with-GOG-Connect-possible-fixes
See if that link provides any help. Just make sure you send your support ticket while the games are still on offer, but you have about a week, so that shouldn't be a problem.
Thanks again for the reply. It's very much appreciated.

I posted in that previous link you provided too.

I think I've tried everything that's been suggested that I've found. I guess waiting is the only option other than creating a support ticket.

I'll check back in a few days.

Thanks again!

Of the games I own on Steam I got all games via connect except for the two "The Last Door" titles. I've got both collectors editions on Steam.

Since it's just two titles: Is this a general problem with those? Guess I'll check back tomorrow and file a support ticket if it doesn't work then.

It could be that you obtained them after GOG last checked your Steam account. Make sure the Steam account is public and then click the refresh button on the connect page. If that doesn't help try the things mentioned in previous posts as well as the posts they link to. If that doesn't help, then file a support ticket (after having given GOG some time to work). It's really all the advice I can offer.

EDIT: I'm not aware of any games in particular that are troublesome, but sometimes games with different versions/editions have caused problems. i don't know if that is the case this time.

Ah, that worked!
Sorry, I guess I somehow thought they'd do more periodic automatic refreshes. :)
Thanks!

Make sure to notify GoG Support early if you want it on gog as well, because they can't do anything apparently after the offer finishes - because i didn't notice i did not get the walking dead on the last GoG Connnect until afterwards and that was what they told me.
Thanks master for your advice
