Viscerafest has left Early Access with its 1.0 release today (Offline & GOG Galaxy). Here's the official dev post:
Hello, ladies and gentlemen! The time has come! Viscerafest has left early access!!!
And we are very tired...

Regardless, there are some initial things to keep in mind.

First! Your save data with older builds will not be compatible with the full release. This is because the game, from top to bottom, has undergone a substantial facelift with virtually every system, mechanic, weapon, enemy, level, etc, etc, etc... being subject to a cacophony of change.

So many changes have been made, in fact, that there is no possible way we could ever dream of cataloging it all. But to give you a very, very, very... truncated rundown of the changes...

Every weapon has been rebalanced and received significant visual updates along with major mechanical changes.
Every enemy has been rebalanced and received significant visual updates along with several enemies receiving new attacks.
Brand new enemies have been introduced into the already existing chapters.
The gore system has been reworked.
The tutorialization has been reworked.
The pacing of enemy and weapon reveals across the campaign has been heavily altered.
There's new story dialogue.
Most of the levels have been completely remade.

And believe me, I could keep going...

None of this even touches the brand-new chapter, the updated hub space, the now functioning shop! The now existing Lorebrary and Bestiary!!!
There is so much just within the realm of what technically already existed in the early access build that has been updated and changed that the game is radically better, overall much more refined, and basically... just a brand new experience. Even if your saves were compatible, you would definitely want to replay the game from it's start because in not doing so you would be missing out on so much.

But then! We get to what's actually new!

12 new enemy types! (not including the new enemies introduced in chapters 1 and 2)
3 new boss fights! (Not including... actually never mind... Pretend I said nothing :3 )
8 new levels!
30 Gameplay Modifiers and Cheat Codes you can buy using Skullies and play around with when replaying levels!
The Lorebrary, where you can read up on the game's universe!
The Bestiary, where you can read up on its critters!

So yeah! There's a lot that's in store for you! And we really hope you enjoy the efforts of our sleepless nights. Additionally, we do, in fact, have another brand-new feature worth noting...

Narcolepsy Mode
Did you find Viscerafest too hard? Even on the easiest difficulty setting with the assist options turned on? Do you have no shame? Are you so coddled that you cower in the face of moderate pretend adversity? WELL THEN HAVE I GOT NEWS FOR YOU!!!

We introduce to you... NARCOLEPSY MODE!!! An even easier easy difficulty setting with extra ammo pickups and enemies so pathetic it's almost merciful to put them out of their misery!

Enjoy pretending that Viscerafest is, in fact, meant to be played like Doom and enjoy mindlessly blasting foes!!! Or, ya know... be a cool way to break your little kiddos into gaming or whatever, that too.

Please Note
So, those of you who have actually been following us relatively closely will know that life and circumstance have not treated us kindly. This release date of April 14th was unshiftable, Viscerafest needed to come out today.

Now, Viscerafest is content complete, but there are several things we wanted to finish before release that we have been unable to. First... Let's talk about the elephant in the room...

The OST
John S. Weekley was going to compose the music for Viscerafest chapter 3, and a good chunk of that music is *almost* done. But last month's life circumstances saw John having to put his work on Viscerafest on hold, and as such, the OST for the game's final chapter was not completed in time for this release. For chapter 3, none of the current music fits the tone we were striving for, and as such, chapter 3 is pretty musicless, save for a few key moments.

We will be striving to keep folks posted on what's going on with the OST, and we hope to add it in as soon as possible, but for the time being all we can do is wait until life calms down for John.

The Hub
Chapters 1 and 2 are still using their early access sub-hub variants, we wanted to update these before release, but we did not have the time. As such, whilst they function perfectly fine, they are a little uglier than their respective chapters are now. We hope to rectify this fairly quickly, and the updates to these will likely be coming in about 2 to 3 weeks.

C2L7 - Arche Ascension
Chapter 2's finale has received several updates, but its updates were not able to be completed in time for the "Full" release. The levels more than playable and honestly probably in better shape than it was in the early access phase, but understand the opening of the level is visually a little rough if you pay too close attention, and we'll be cleaning her up and making her as pretty as the rest in the weeks to come.

Chapter 3 - Static Story Moments
There are a number of in-game story moments in chapter 3 that are... well... a little less visually interesting than we wanted them to be. There's some spice to those moments we did not have the time to add, and this is yet another thing we will be looking to fix up in the coming weeks.

The Ambient Audio Bug
There is an infuriating issue we were not able to address prior to release where sometimes when you hit a transitional point for a levels ambient audio the ambient audio just... does not play. Again, we'll be working to fix this asap.

Enemies Having a Seizure
Another issue that cropped up like... 2-3 weeks ago? Enemies now hate slopes and weighted surfaces now for some reason, and traversing them causes the enemies to vibrate with intense rage. Functionally, this doesn't have much impact gameplay, but it looks dumb and I hate it. In addition sometimes enemies might... just... kind of... wobble in place, jittering their walking animations, again.... both of these issues are things we will be aiming to address as soon as possible.

Flying enemy pathfinding
There are a couple of doorways in the game where flying enemies just make... bafflingly daft navigational decisions. Yeah... we'll be working on that.

Some U.I. Jank
We wanted to give some of the menu's a bit more love before release but... yeah... you know the drill. A couple of the U.I. elements are a bit ugly, which... I mean... was also the case in early access but we wanted to fix that before the game came out. Needless to say, we will be fixing now that the game is out.

And Probably More
There are no doubt many more issues I have not cataloged above, and if you come across please report them in the Steam forums, or... far more preferably, our discord server, which you can join here. Link: https://discord.gg/zQ4S8PPRFA

I will likely be making another post within the next few days, updating everyone on the situation, and walk out our post-launch goals in a bit more detail, but for now! Thank you so much for your support; we really hope you enjoy our game! And as always...

May the Lord bless you, keep you, and make his face to shine upon you.
God Bless you, and have a wonderful day!

Space Haven (Early Access)

Updated to 0.20.0.17 (Galaxy & Offline Installer)

Changelog from SteamDB:
Space Haven 20th Major Update - Now Released!

Milestone Reached! Space Haven Enters Beta - Station Mode on the Horizon

Space Haven is ready to shed its Alpha label after 20 Major Updates. While not yet feature-complete, we feel we are close to a 1.0 release.

Games like Space Haven can be worked on forever, a future 1.0 release does not mean we will stop improving on the game. It just means we are ready to move on from Early Access and finally feel content with calling the game a 1.0 release.

Does This Mean No More Updates?

Not at all! We’re simply moving past the Alpha tag after 20 Major Updates and starting to plan a 1.0 release. Next upcoming: Beta’s first Major Update with Station Mode. Whether it is part of the main game or stands alone as its own game mode, we’ll weigh every option to make it stellar with the resources we have.

With those big news out of the way let's continue with the news on the 20th Major Update just Released!

A Note On Continuing A Saved Game From Alpha 19

Exodus Fleet Storyline is available when starting a new game or when traveling to a new galaxy. If you load a saved game from the previous version you will need to travel to a new galaxy to activate the Exodus Fleet Storyline. (You can travel to a new galaxy from a special sector found somewhere to the very right of the starmap, indicated with a special green icon.)

(These instructions are only for those who want to continue a saved game from Alpha 19, or stay on Alpha 19. If you are happy with updating the game and starting a new game there is nothing you have to do, except let Steam update the game.)

We recommend starting a new game to enjoy the new update, but it is possible to continue a saved game from the previous version, Alpha 19. If you want to continue playing the previous version, Alpha 19, and decide yourself when you want to update, we have made it possible through the following method:

Just use the rollback feature in GOG Galaxy.

The 20th Major Update - The Exodus Fleet

Good to see you, Pathfinders!

The 20th major update has just been released, and with it comes something we’ve been waiting to give you for a long time: a full-fledged storyline!

The Birth of the Exodus Fleet

The Exodus Fleet can be seen in a sector in the background.

When Aksel reached out to me a few months ago to start planning this update, the vision was clear—a fleet built and run by the Haven Foundation, humanity’s best hope for survival, searching for a new homeworld led by a cast of officers the player could interact with and come to know. Predictably, I played the role of overenthusiastic artist and went overboard with ideas, and Aksel, Allan, and Matti then kindly trimmed my wild imaginings down to the few practical ones that would actually work in-game.

The result? The Exodus Fleet, a massive refugee armada you can interact with for story and side missions.

The Haven Foundation

Sheridan, the commander of the Haven Foundation's Exodus Fleet.

You may have seen the Haven Foundation mentioned in lore logs. These scientists, engineers, and philanthropists saw Earth’s collapse coming and made a choice: instead of trying to stop the inevitable, they would build the technology needed to flee. Your own ships are based on their work!

While most of the Foundation remains on Earth, gathering survivors and loading them into hypersleep chambers, the first refugee fleet has set sail for the stars. Leading it is Fleet Commander Sheridan and his department heads—more on them soon.

The Ships

At the fleet’s heart is the immense HSS Boxleitner. She’s the largest colony ship ever built by humanity, carrying hundreds of thousands of people in hypersleep, waiting for a world they can call home. Keeping them alive is a waking crew of thousands, tending to hydroponic farms, industrial bays, power systems, and more.

A ship like this is a prime target—which is why she doesn’t travel alone. Her escort ships are goliaths in their own right, capable of grinding asteroids to dust and turning pirates into space debris.
But keeping such a fleet running is no easy task…

Meet the Fleet Leaders

Fleet Commander Sheridan – A former aid worker turned operational genius, Sheridan is a leader who balances compassion with practicality. The fate of humanity may rest on his shoulders, but if the pressure gets to him, he never lets it show.

Rufus Wright (Logistics) – An old friend of Sheridan’s and the fleet’s lifeline. If it needs to be mined, built, or bartered for, Rufus makes it happen. He believes humanity isn’t ready for a life among the stars—but he’ll make damn sure they survive.

Dr. Priya Kapoor (Medical) – Tasked with keeping both the hypersleepers and waking crew alive, Priya is as devoted to medicine as she is to her faith. A follower of the Church of New Haven, she sees humanity’s exile from Earth as divine will—but her duty to heal comes first.

Professor Orion Hayes (Research) – A brilliant, scatterbrained scientist living his dream among the stars. Whether unraveling the mysteries of the Siren Worlds or studying alien life, Orion is equal parts genius and disaster—and he needs someone to keep him on track.

Colonel Estera Marinescu (Security) – A battle-hardened warrior who’s been fighting since childhood. Pirates, slavers, alien bugs—she’s ready for all of them. When the going gets tough, Marinescu doesn’t flinch—she gets things done.

The Path Ahead

Unveil the mysteries surrounding Eden, like why a former Pathfinder crew member became a drunk.

With such a vast responsibility, the Exodus Fleet needs skilled pathfinders—scouts who can navigate the unknown, track down vital resources, and help chart a safe course through hyperspace. That’s where your ship and crew come in. With the aid of a special hyperspace beacon, you will become their guide… and their most trusted agent. Whether your ship is a heavily armed battlecruiser, a troop carrier full of battle-hardened warriors, or an industrial powerhouse capable of building anything, you’ll be able to help in your own way.

As you take on missions for the fleet, you’ll uncover strange signals, long-forgotten data, and whispers of something incredible: a world where the human race could start anew. But the deeper you search, the clearer it becomes that you’re not the only ones looking. And out in the depths of space, not everyone wants humanity to find a home.

The journey ahead will test your skills, challenge your convictions, and lead you to a decision that could shape the future of all humanity.

I look forward to seeing what choice you make.Hambone, the writer of Space Haven lore.

The Exodus Fleet - Gameplay

Sheridan, the commander of the Haven Foundation's Exodus Fleet.

The Exodus Fleet can be seen in a sector in the background.

The Exodus Fleet is the Haven Foundations hope of bringing thousands of refugees from Earth to a new home somewhere out there in space where they can make a fresh start. Lead by Sheridan, the Commander of the Exodus fleet, the fleet needs to traverse a perilous galaxy in search of a new home.

This is where you, the player, get a chance to become the new Pathfinder for the fleet. Beware though, something bad happened to the previous one. So the question is, are you up for the adventure?

The Pathfinder

Seek out a crew member of the former Pathfinder ship and find out what happened to them.

As the player you will be presented with the opportunity to become the new Pathfinder for the Exodus Fleet. As the Pathfinder your mission will be to work as one of the frontrunners for the Exodus Fleet, exploring systems and carrying out missions given by the Exodus Fleet.

Interacting with the Exodus Fleet and using Prestige Points

The Exodus Fleet will have its own needs that vary in status as you play. Crises and events may strike and the fleet will call for you to help.

The Exodus Fleet will not adhere to the exact same rules as normal ships in the area where the player is. Instead, the Exodus Fleet will be in the background but still move forward with the player as you traverse the galaxy.

Become one of the fleet. Help the Exodus Fleet when they need you and call for aid when you need them.

Become one of the Exodus Fleet. You will be able to interact with the fleet when you are in the same sector. You can call ships for aid, request resource transportations, new crew members or even unlock some technology. You will be able to do this through so called prestige points, which are acquired when carrying out missions or otherwise helping the Exodus Fleet.

Exodus Fleet Crises and Events

The Exodus Fleet will have various crises affecting it on its journey towards Eden.

Various types of crises may strike the Exodus Fleet as you and the fleet traverse through the galaxy. Dangers, like meteors or others, may hit some of the ships in the fleet affecting some area of production. This will have a direct impact on your interaction with the fleet and the ability of the fleet to send resources to you.

You can help the fleet by finding special larger resource spots in the starmap, which the Exodus Fleet can use to replenish their resources.

Resource Spots

Special larger resource spots will be appear on the starmap as spots for the Exodus Fleet to replenish their resources.

Special types of larger resource spots, such as comets, mega asteroid fields, hyperium and energium clouds appear on the starmap. These large resource spots provide opportunities for the Exodus Fleet to replenish their resources. Explore the galaxy and help the Exodus Fleet by guiding them to these spots.

The Search for Eden - Main Storyline Missions

Carry out special missions for the Exodus Fleet to further the story of locating the mysterious Eden.

The Exodus Fleet will need you as the Pathfinder to carry out special missions, which are tied to the storyline of finding a potential new home for the refugees from Earth, a new habitable planet.

Hmm... I wonder what this does!

These missions are no ordinary missions. They are a mix of exploration, building but also scripted events. Surprises that might give you the shat pants condition if you are not prepared. We've put more time and effort into these missions, with the scripted events but also a lot of dialogue for those interested in reading how they relate to finding Eden.

Starmap UI and Scanning

Starmap UI is updated, with the possibility to execute long range or short range scans in the starmap.

We've updated the left hand side UI box in the starmap and added more functionality for the scanner. You will be able to execute long range or short range scans. Long range scans can reveal ship movement in the star system and short range scans may reveal hidden sectors.

Cargo Containers in Space and Derelicts

An abandoned cargo container floating in space.

Derelict ships can also have cargo containers filled with fun surprises.

Abandoned derelict cargo containers can now be encountered in space and also on derelict ships. These abandoned containers may contain a surprise... Or two!

New Siren Worlds

Siren Worlds will be changed to have both positive and negative effects, along with some mystery!

We are changing the effects of the Siren Worlds. In Alpha 20 the effects will not only be negative, there will be some positive as well. While in the sector, researchers will get a bonus to their research speed for a period of time.

Additionally, mysterious creatures might appear that may cause your crew to have a lift in mood or sometimes be scared!

New NPC Ships for The Haven Foundation and Flaming Swords

You will meet some new Haven Foundation and Flaming Swords NPC ships in the galaxy.

We've created new NPC ships you can meet in the galaxy. You will be able to request assistance from the Exodus Fleet and they will send a Haven Foundation ship fitting your needs. The Flaming Swords is a special faction tied to the storyline of finding Eden. You may encounter their ships in the quest missions.

New Starting Ships for The Small Hope Scenario

We've created new starting ships for the Small Hope scenario.

There will be new starting ships available for the Small Hope scenario. We've tried to make them different from each other allowing for different types of ships to emerge once they are expanded. Hopefully you will find success with the ship you choose!

Cliffs on Asteroids

Asteroids will now have cliffs, which will make station building missions more interesting.

We have created a cliff generation system for asteroids. The cliffs will create opportunities to add some exploration to asteroids and also make station building missions more interesting.

End Game Screens & New Music

End Game screens with new music and timelines that show your journey.

We've implemented end game screens that have their own music and show a timeline of your journey. The timeline will show various stats and individual events can be inspected on the timeline.

Many Other Improvements and Additions

We've done many smaller improvements and polish. The more advanced power generators will receive a new look.

In addition to all of the above we have worked on other things such as polishing the user interface and making various graphical improvements. The more advanced Power Generators will receive a new look.

New features officially: Cheat mode, Promo and Artbook [April 9, 2025]

Hello guys,

For some of you it's not the news. The test of the new features is over.

We've checked it with your help and now announcing it officially.

① Cheat mode
It allows to skip mini games and see consequences in dialog choice.

It's switched off by default and requires the new game start. If you want to use it, please activate it in Preferences and start the new game.

② Artbook
We've implemented the artbook in 'Extra content' chapter. It contains 70+ sketches our art team has produced.
It's free.

③ Promo
I've also implemented the promo stuff in 'Extra content'.
There you can see our other games, if you like.

The new 'Extra content' chapter is available as a part of Womanzier-Adult content, as it has mature stuff inside.

④ Bug fix, etc
There were complains for 'Tab" key not properly working for opening/closing the in-game phone.
Also closing the phone advanced the dialogs step further. I hope it's better now.
Also We've removed mini-games difficulcy, as it's not needed anymore due to the new cheat mode.

Thanks for your support.

Regards,
KamtiGames.

Big update [January 12, 2025]
We did some work to make the game more comfortable

Hi everybody,

• Korean language is implemented.
• Easy-mode for mini games added in Settings.
• Quantity of evidence needed for finding the murderer is optimized
• Some bugs, reported by community, fixed.

The main goal was to make the game a bit less complicated.

Regards,
kamti

I just tested it and at least for me the game starts on day 3 omitting the complete background story. My guess is that this is a bug and I already contacted kamti. My suggestion is to keep your old offline installers for now.

Edit: Bug has been fixed in version 1.32. .

Northgard has been updated to version 3.6.90.41614 (GOG build number 81441). This is the "Winds of Fate" update. Changelog from Steam:
v3.6.90.41614

Military changes
Trinity

The first big change for this update is to really assume the trinity of base military units.
Now in 1v1 a shield kills an axe that kills a warrior then kills a shield.
We wanted this change to push you to play more with further units instead of only focusing on only one. We don’t forget clans that play only with one kind of unit and made some changes to avoid them to be left behind.
Same for kingdom clans, they are not affected directly by this trinity change but we bring them a little change that will help them to stay on course.
Here what we changed:

Warrior
Def 5 > 4
New ability Piercing Strike: Attacks partially ignore defense if the target has higher defense
Weapon forge: Doesn’t give charge but break also the projectile resistance
Shield Bearer
Def 8 > 7
Weapon forge: Gain charge ability
Axes Thrower
Attack 11.5 > 12

Military building upgrades for vikings clan now share 50% of the stats to all other military units (except for Warchiefs, valkyrie and ghost).

Military unit cost now scale back as before, each unit increase the price of all unit by 6 krowns instead of 3 for other unit type.

Kingdom gained a new military upgrade, Armor shred: unit with it has a chance to break the defense and projectile defense of his target for 2 seconds.

Military Path
With this change, we felt that Legion will not fit well with the trinity update and the clan of the Dragon was really too much impacted. So we modified the Legion path and we created a new unique path for the clan of the Dragon.
For the Dragon, we also rework some of their start with and knowledge to work well with the new path.
Here what we’ve done:

Legion
Lvl 1 - 50 xp] Foundations of war - Next military camps upgrade is free, and max warband generate Military Experience (10 max)
Lvl 2 - 500 xp Shared Ration - Basic military units Food consumption is reduced by 5% for each type of basic military unit in the zone.
Lvl 3 - 1500 xp Veterans - Increase the bonus from military building upgrades to other units by 50%
Lvl 4 - 3000xp Valhalla calling - When on a battleground zone, units have a boost of power and attack speed of 25% (instead of 30%)

Leadership
Lvl 1 - 50 xp Bodyguard - Warchief produce 1 Military Experience
Lvl 2 - 500 xp Armed Wing of the Clan - Each military forge grant 5% more health to your Warchief

DRAGON

Dragon Military Path

With the rework of legion and other military change, all 3 path didn’t fit well for this clan, so here his new path with a little particularity where from lvl 2 to 4, you will have to choose between two bonuses:

Lvl 1 - 50xp
Blood and Chains - Thralls and captured units generate Military Experience (max 10)

Lvl 2 - 500 xp
Draconic Haste - Draconics units with an upgraded weapon gain 15% movement speed
OR
Draconic Smithing - Whirlwind forge gain 50% more range and Battlecry ability gain 100% more range

Lvl 3 - 1250 xp
Goldforged Pact - Draconic units cost 20% less krowns
OR
Infernal Pact - Draconic Nightmares doesn’t cost Dragon Essence

Lvl 4 - 2000 xp
Guardian’s Pact - Draconic Nightmares absorb 30% of the damage dealt to Dragonkin
OR
Infernal Whirlwind - Whirlwind deals 80% damage

Lvl 5 - 3000 xp
Draconic Rage - Surtr enrage all other Draconic units in the zone, giving them 30% attack for 5 seconds (cost 5 Dragon Essence)

Dragon rework

Fame
Fame 200 - Each capture give fame depending on the unit captured

Start-with
Thrall production: when assigned to a building they do not increase the specialized worker production anymore, instead they produce 50% of the specialized worker production
Thrall formula cost: The decrease cost is now in percentage
Neutral thrall: Each neutral thrall give a different amount of essence once sacrificed
Kobold = 2
Dwarf/Myrkalfar = 3
Jotunn = 4

Knowledges
Blood, Sweat & Tears: You can’t assign one more thrall on upgraded production building, instead Thrall increase specialized worker production by 10%
Thrall Trade: The price of Thralls decreases 5% faster.
Draconic Frenzy: Once more than one unit is on a tile, the attack bonus is split by half for each unit on the same tile (once 6 units are on the same tile the attack bonus is set to 0%)
Draconic Rage: All draconic units on the same tile as Surt can capture enemy units.

Ranked
A lot of people were asking for some new stuff here, so welcome pick system and welcome back 2v2.
We also add blind clan selection for duel ranked and FFA only.

For 3v3 - the first team will pick 1 clan, then team 2 will pick 2 clans, then team 1 will pick 2 clans and team 2 will pick its last clan

For 2v2 - he first team will pick 1 clan, then team 2 picks 2 clans and team 1 picks its last clan.

Quality of Life
We wanted to add a little thing that could help all players to manage their civilians more easily and allow more versatility in them when choosing who is going to build or repair a building. So now, all specialized workers can directly be sent to build or repair a building without having to convert them back into villagers first! Looking at you Rat and Turtle players, enjoy this change!
We also make some little adjustment on other clan, lets check them:

Kraken

Ràn’s Blessing now give 20% pop growth to Spectral Warriors
Valkyries cost 100 krown instead of 120

Woodcutter’s Lodge

Stone upgrade cost is now10 -> 5

Lighthouse

Building cost is now 100 -> 50 except for the Clan of the Raven

Bifrost

Modified the UI and text from portal bonuses to make them more understandable when you can choose one of them.

Hound Conquest

With this patch we also introduce you to 3 new conquests for the Clan of the Hounds!

No Cost, No Mercy
In the battle, all military experience gains are increased and all military units are free! Yes, free Torfin too. All your army will need more food to stand, but every foes, animals, even other human kills will provide you some good rations. Meat is meat right? Right???

Berserker’s Wrath
The four spirit animals will guide you in this battle. Every few months, all Berserkers will be transformed into a specific one depending on the Animal season. All clan can only recruit Berserkers
