GOG added a new version as of 7 hours ago (according to Galaxy). Duplicating here my post from the Changelog topic at the D.E. forum:

Changelog for C50F6815 was added on GOG

New version A54D931A available for Galaxy, website and GOG downloader. No changelog yet, neither here or Steam.

Backup installer for patches 8F7CF2AC to C50F6815, and C50F6815 to A54D931A were added... but there is no downloadable patch for 4CC6DAD5 to 8F7CF2AC, so download the latest full installer if you have an installer older than 8F7CF2AC ... Try saying that three times in a hurry -_-

Localization:
- We've added English Voice Over. The language of the voices can be changed in the game settings.
- Spanish language version has been added.
- The line about killing “single Russian” changed to non-offending.

Chernobylite Storms:
Bad balance combined with bugs caused that this element is identified by you with time limit. Our goal has never been to make a time limit, but only to let you feel the breath of your main nemesis - the Black Stalker - all the time. We are listening to your feedback on this element of the game. That is why we have made the following changes:
- Now you can build a Q-wave generator in the base, which makes storm less common.
- The Black Stalker is now much weaker, and its appearance time has been reduced from 2 minutes to 30 seconds. Its AI and operation is a prototype. Will change in the coming weeks
- The clock has been turned off. Now, to know when the storm comes you must observe the sky and changes in the world.

Optimization:
- Overall regardless of the settings, the game should work a few percents better.
- We've optimized the memory management method. This should resolve most sound issues and make levels load much faster. FPS drops will also be less frequent and less severe.
- We're working on Ultra settings. Although they are still a prototype, they should work much better on slightly weaker machines.

Retrospective branching (also called “new game plus”):
- Collected evidence should no longer disappear after players death
- Player perks should no longer disappear after his death

Improvements/Additions:
- Adrenaline can now be crafted in the base laboratory

Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where players could get stuck during training with Mikhail
- Due to numerous errors and crashes related to hacking, we decided to temporarily disable it.
- We've fixed a bug that allowed you to gain unlimited experience during the Tarakan quest
- Quest Unearthed documents should now be a bit easier to complete.
- Fixed an issue that prevents Unearthed documents from being completed during the next attempt
- We've fixed several issues that caused the marker to not always work properly during the mission in Pripyat.
- We've fixed a whole bunch of smaller bugs you have reported. Thanks!

Early Access Hotfix IV (24 October 2019)

Today we release the fourth hotfix that fixes a number of errors that interfere with the normal functioning of the game. All balance edits will be included in the fifth hotfix, work on which is already in full swing.

After its release, all the studio’s forces will be thrown to the first content patch, the same one that we talked about in the Kickstarter update. The original plan remains unchanged: in December we plan to please you with an update that will reveal part of the main storyline and literally transform the game.

Patch 1.1.1 (30 October 2019)

Greetings fellow space explorers!

Here is a new update to correct some bugs and improve some features following your valuable feedbacks:

Gameplay

We started to improve the special officers "growing" feature. Previously, there was a 50% chance to have 1 special officer randomly selected among those available. Now the chances start at 50% with 1 officer and each unlocked officer adds 4% more chance. With all 13 officers unlocked, the chances are 100% (meaning one special officer available for each new run). We are still working on a bigger redesign of this feature but for the time being it should make it a bit smoother and more interesting.

Story, events and texts

We made small adjustments to the final dialog, clarified a few loose ends that were not intended.
We rewrote some lines that were insensitive and hurtful about cancer or tumor.
Interface, Graphics and Sounds
We improved the visibility of special officers in shops.
Auxiliary systems that can't be stacked now cannot be bought twice in the shops.

BugFix Major

Fixed a bug where the Shredder and Basilisk units stopped applying their ability after being re-deployed during a fight.
Fixed a bug where people having finished the demo could not use the "reset chapter" feature.
Fixed a bug where the Church Battleship was not able to scavenge any Neo-N while at level 0 upgrade.

BugFix Minor

Fixed a bug where the docks were not updated after selling the brutal deployer.

Fixed a bug a unit that had chasing target at the moment of its death, re-deployed with the same chasing target.

The latest version of Dying Light: The Following – Enhanced Edition apparently is Version: 1.21.0, Date Published: 22/10/2019, yet the most recent version of the offline installer is still 1.20.0. Does anyone know what's changed and why GOG hasn't updated the offline installer?
