You're going to have to back up that (admittedly useless) statement with more than just a Reddit thread.

To clarify, who cares? The Windows Troubleshooter is always nigh on useless garbage.

A second point against; that subreddit, judging from the title alone is probably an Ersatz of PCmasterace, which is a circlejerk in of itself, unlike the fairly thoughtful and supportive r/linux.
