Reminds me that I know can start playing and finishing Dreamfall Chapters. I already started and finished the first episode, but after the second one took so long I decided it's maybe better to wait for the complete series.

Hasn't home been officially canceled quite some times ago and IIRC it was even reconfirmed when chapter 5 was released.

Wait, isn't Home the game they had as another kickstarter goal and which should go back to Aprils story? The goal wasn't reached and they decided they will maybe do the game later after Dreamfall.

I thought so as well. Ragnar Tørnquist made a tweet a while back that making the game is almost impossible or far far FAR into the future, looking for it now. Maybe they secured funding? I don't have a tweeter account myself or I'd be flooding him with questions.

Yes, at least The Longest Journey. Dreamfall itself is also very well done, but includes a bunch of cliffhangers at the end. I don't know how well Dreamfall Chapters will give all answers to these cliffhangers, maybe someone who played it can answer your question. But both games are very good and worth playing.
