Yes, but only to a degree. A fixed list is presented and you put in vote points on which games should be included.

I try to buy on GOG whenever possible, but I've come close to avoiding the forum and these release threads, because it's just so annoying to always read this endless whining...

just ask for a refund, put this there as a reason, and once you get your money back buy it again with the better discount :)

Only works if you was without payment-processing fees... because if so... you will never get back those fees.

In general, nowadays... if GOG is doing any major releases, i would wait 2-3 days for buying it... if the discount is important because it is rather common that GOG is handing out those discounts "too late". I do not make suspicions here; guess it just happens that the "marketing-team" is slower than those releasing it on GOG.

Needless to say... it only works for a "personal first purchase." If having a social knack trying to hand out a present... then it is never with the launch-discount. So its use is rather limited and always "personal".

Even better to be inside a cheap region... it would lead to the lowest prices by far.

I got them, now come on gog i would love if you could get till the end of time and the original snes games, Till the end of time is my favorite it was flawed and i know it would be a challenge to get being stuck on the ps2 but i loved it.

Last Hope is the only other one around on PC right now and that one has Denuvo on Steam. Sorry.

There was only one SFC game, and it didn't get officially translated (at least not in its original form).

Would be really nice to get a direct port of that game, with the option to play in English.

Although, what I *really* want is Star Ocean: Blue Sphere. It's one of the best looking Game Boy Color games, and it stayed in Japan. (Unlike, say, Dragon Quest/Warrior 3 and Lufia: The Legend Returns, both of which *did* get English translations on that platform.)
