Distro: Linux Mint 17.3 Cinnamon 64bit
Kernel version: 3.19.0-51
Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 750Ti
Graphics driver & version: Proprietary 364.12
Wine version(s) tested: Wine Staging 1.9.5 via PlayOnLinux, CrossOver 15.0.1

Install notes: Just install & play.
Un-check the "Disable Hardware T & L" setting in the options menu before playing.
*DO NOT* change the "Accelerated Mouse" setting or it will result in major UI problems!
If using PlayOnLinux, run the game from/create a shortcut for "RT3.exe"
How well does it run: Very well
Details: Have only played for a short while through the tutorials & start of a new game but seems to run ok so far. Just some minor flickering of trees etc. while placing objects. Tested with virtual desktop and CSMT enabled.
Game: Freedom Force

Kernel version: 4.13.0-32
Graphics card: AMD RX 480 8GB
Graphics driver & version: Open source, with Mesa 17.3.2 from Padoka's stable Mesa PPA
Wine version(s) tested: Wine 3.0 (with CSMT enabled)

Install notes: Just install & play.
Run the game from/create a shortcut for "fforce.exe"
How well does it run: Perfect
Details: Played through the start of the game, no sign of any problems. If you access the options menu, go to the sound tab before leaving or you will lose sound (you don't need to change anything & this only needs to be done the first time you access the options menu per session) - if that happens, go back into the options and set sound provider to "DirectSound3D Software Emulation" to fix it. This is a bug with the game itself & happens on Windows too.

CodeWeavers link: https://www.codeweavers.com/compatibility/crossover/xiii

Distro: Linux Mint 18.3 Cinnamon 64-bit
Kernel version: 4.15.0-22
Graphics card: AMD RX 480 8GB
Graphics driver & version: Open source, with Mesa 18.0 from Padoka's stable Mesa PPA
Wine version(s) tested: Wine 3.0 (with CSMT enabled)

Install notes: Just install & play.
Run the game from/create a shortcut for "XIII.exe"
Important: To prevent this game randomly crashing on startup, you need to set its process to have affinity for a single CPU core. Start it with "taskset 0x1 <command>" or if starting it via a script add the following line to the script before it starts the game:
taskset -p 0x1 $$
As a result of the above setting CSMT will not work & must be disabled - the game will freeze on startup if it is enabled.
How well does it run: Perfect
Details: I have not done a full playthrough with this version of Wine, but I've previously done so with an older version without any problems. If running the game with virtual desktop enabled, you must also set "Automatically capture the mouse in full-screen windows". Mouse cursor movement is a bit odd in the menus (game bug) but otherwise works fine.

For widescreen support/unsupported display resolutions: Edit XIII.ini and change to desired resolution:

FullscreenViewportX=
FullscreenViewportY=

For adjusting the FOV edit DefUser.ini and change the following to the desired value:

DesiredFOV=
DefaultFOV=

(do this before starting a game as it stores FOV info in your profile)

Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 750Ti
Graphics driver & version: Proprietary 364.15
Wine version(s) tested: Wine Staging 1.9.5 via PlayOnLinux, CrossOver 15.1.0

Install notes: Just install & play.
If using PlayOnLinux, run the game from/create a shortcut for "PrinceOfPersia.EXE"
How well does it run: Perfect
Details: Tested with virtual desktop and CSMT enabled.
Having fog effects enabled will cause issues & you won't be able to see anything (this happens on Windows with certain setups too). To fix this, edit Hardware.ini in the game's main directory (after starting the game for the first time & creating a profile) and setting the following lines as so:

ForceVSFog=1
InvertFogRange=0

It was also mentioned in one of the WineHQ reports that water effects have similar issues; these changes may or may not fix that. I played for a few hours (~33% completion) with these changes applied and did not encounter any issues though.

As with Sands of Time, having fog/water effects enabled will cause issues & you won't be able to see anything (this happens on Windows with certain setups too). The fix is the same as for Sands of Time: edit Hardware.ini in the game's main directory (after starting the game for the first time & creating a profile) and setting the following lines as so:

Install notes: No redistributable components needed - just install & play.
If using PlayOnLinux, run the game from/create a shortcut for "JK.EXE" (main game) and "JKM.EXE" (MOTS).
How well does it run: Perfect
Details: Tested with virtual desktop and CSMT enabled. Have only briefly tested with these versions of Wine/CrossOver, but have previously done a complete playthrough of the main game using an earlier version of CrossOver without any issues & there's nothing to suggest that this may have changed (things have actually improved, as an override used to be needed). MOTS also appears to have no issues.

Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 750Ti
Graphics driver & version: Proprietary 364.15
Wine version(s) tested: Wine 1.9.7 via PlayOnLinux, CrossOver 15.1.0

Install notes: As noted in one of the WineHQ reports, requires a different SMACKW32.DLL or videos will freeze.
If using PlayOnLinux, start the game from/create shortcut for "1602.exe"
How well does it run: Perfect once SMACKW32.DLL is replaced
Details: Have only played for a short while (only through all the tutorials & tested starting a new game) but all seems to work fine. Tested with virtual desktop enabled. I used the SMACKW32.DLL from Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II to fix the issue with video playback and that seems to work (the ones from Total Annihilation and Warhammer 40k: Chaos Gate also work, or you can download it from somewhere).

Install notes: Requires directmusic and dsound (install "Direct Music" in CrossOver)
If using PlayOnLinux, start the game from/create shortcut for "1503Startup.exe"
How well does it run: Perfect
Details: Tested with virtual desktop and CSMT enabled. Have only played for a short while (only through all the tutorials & tested starting a new game) but it seems to work perfectly.

Install notes: Just install & play.
If using PlayOnLinux, start the game from/create shortcuts for "Anno1701.exe" (main game) and "Anno1701AddOn.exe" (The Sunken Dragon expansion)
How well does it run: Almost perfect
Details: Tested with virtual desktop and CSMT enabled. Have only played for a few hours (only through all the tutorials & played a new game for a while) but it seems to work almost perfectly.

The first run takes a long time to start (during which my system appeared to become mostly unresponsive - need to give it a minute or so for this), but it starts much faster for subsequent runs. There also seems to be a minor text/font rendering issue.

Graphics driver & version: Proprietary 364.15
Wine version(s) tested: Wine Staging 1.9.5 via PlayOnLinux, CrossOver 15.1.0

Install notes: Requires quartz (if using CrossOver install "DirectX 9 for Pre-Windows XP Games" and then change the DLL override for devenum to "Builtin (Wine)" or it'll crash), or videos will not play.
If using PlayOnLinux, start the game from/create shortcut for "div.exe". Run configtool.exe to configure display resolution etc.
How well does it run: Perfect
Details: Played for a few hours with no issues, seems to work just as well as Divine Divinity does. Tested with virtual desktop and CSMT enabled.
