Hello fellow italian gogger; might one of you be able to help me out with what:

Disponibilità immediata.
Vuoi riceverlo venerdì 9 set. in Germania (isole escluse)? Ordina entro 19 ore e 45 min e scegli la spedizione 1 giorno. Dettagli
Venduto e spedito da Amazon. Confezione regalo disponibile.

does mean? I tried an online translator but that tried to tell me that it means Germany is located in the Bermuda triangle. It would explain much but would not make sense in that context :P

Its from there (amazon link). And my hope is that means something like "Hey German, we saw that your BvS steelbook cover suck so much that we took pity and offer our version also complete in German".

edit:
Just for those curious: Thats the German version: another amazon link

While art taste is different it looks like one of the poster beautification projects I made when I was 3.

Ahh yes, the elusive island Germans :D
Ich bin keine Italianische, but Google Translate translates that as:

Immediate availability.

Does that make sense to you?

One thing I've learned about using Google Translate is that you should always use English as the other language (from which you are translating, or to which you are translating). If you try to translate directly from a non-English language to another non-English language, it usually has lots of errors because apparently it translates it first to English anyway, and only after that to the other language. At least i suspect that is what it is doing.

So if you tried to translate the text with Google Translate from Italian to German, then I guess it might have much more errors in it.

You might want to read about Usedom (or Uznam in Polish). ;)

^ Correct.
And lol for islands.
Germany has islands, granted they're only a couple square kilometers mostly, Sylt's famous enough I think.

Usedom and of course Peenemunde is very famous, from a historical standpoint.

And the Brits tried to blow up Heligoland.
I recall the reason why I think Google Translate always translates through English is when I tried to translate something from Finnish to some other non-English language, and there was a word for being "forbearing", but in the target language it got translated to someone who is in a hospital.

I first couldn't figure it out why that was, until I recalled that in English "patient" can mean both forbearing, and someone who is in a hospital. So I figured the text got first translated to English, and then again to the target language, but at that point Google chose the wrong meaning of "patient".

Although Germany lost quite a lot of coastline, not to mention overseas territories, between 1918 and 1949, they still have quite a few islands :
