Code dumping only serve to feed leeches, trolls and scammers that would take advantage of this community's generosity. :)

I understand your concern, but it's people's individual generosity that's being taken advantage of, if they so choose (and are aware of what they're doing, of course). Those who want to make sure their gifts only go to those they want to get gifts, can. Those who don't care, don't.

I'm fully aware that if I tell people in public that C7BF4-A24FD-69227-E354B is a key for Papers, Please, it could be claimed by absolutely anyone, and I'm fine with that. My generosity can't be taken advantage of that way.

Well not your generosity specifically as you may be fine with this but it invariably trickles down and affects other members of the community, which invariably leads to good folks being exploited for being generous or get scammed on the trading thread. Just consider taking a few minutes to ask for a reply or a PM to giveaway your games if possible, thank you.

Such activity worked well in the ninja thread for a time. But over time, not so much. In the end that thread was closed to restore order.

Anywho, it was a suggestion, nothing more. Thanks for your generosity :)
