Games and Movies tabs use HTTP, the forum uses HTTP or HTTPS depending on what I was seeing before.

This is actually quite interesting as I no longer see pages (other than account) as HTTPS anymore (unless I actually type in "https://" in front of the url. Also, I have noticed that I am now required to re-login every time I restart the browser.

As is evident from this thread, worldwide gifting restrictions have now been implemented to significantly more games.
