Bio Menace is my favorite. I do love Treasure Adventure Game as well, there's so much to it and it's charming.

Well now it would be Shadow Warrior Complete. :) After that probably Beanth Steel Sky (I'm keeping the typo) and Bio Menace. (And not to be arrogant but I am proud to have helped bring Akalabeth by getting GOG in touch with Richard Garriot, though it wasn't hard.)
I'm hoping OMF 2097 (already freeware) shows up with Epic's resurgence here.
