You are one generous fellow. +1, not in.
Diablo I and II. The atmosphere of dread and doom together with the background music was what wowed my impressionable young mind back then. Fighting back the numerous hordes of skeletons and demons that flooded in from the edges of the darkness that surrounded me gave me momentary relief from the pit of anxiety in my belly and a surge of happiness at seeing legendary loot fall at my feet! Definitely an unforgettable gaming experience.

I'm in for 3 - Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, The - Game of the Year Edition
or 8 - War for the Overworld: Underlord Edition
or 5 - Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition

Thank you for the giveaway Doc0075!

Streets of SimCity

I wasn't very good at playing SimCity2000 legit, since I always cheated, but just building a little sandbox city was amazing fun, and I used to doodle around other game ideas in notebooks, and one of those was for an expansion that "let you drive around your city". SimCopter almost filled that niche and laid the groundwork to why I loved Streets of SimCity as a kid. SimCopter was awesome to me because of the view and being able to see some of the scenery I created from above, but to really get into the nuance of your city design required that you be restricted to street level. Does that highway really go anywhere useful? Does that gas station in the middle of nowhere really hold some scenic charm? Can I create a fun arena map to deathmatch the AI in?

I didn't care that the game got horrible reviews. I even made my dad drag our 400 MHz Pionex computer computer up on a trip to grandma and grandpa's so I could play it while on vacation! I also feel like the game was a predecessor to the open world feel of the later GTA and Saints Row series. (That reminds me, is there a good map editor for a game like Saints Row 2? That would pretty much be my dream)

Only in for # 8. :) Win or lose, thank you regardless!
Thank you for this giveaway!

I'M IN for:

1. Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Game of the Year Edition Deluxe, The
2. Risen 3: Titan Lords - Complete Edition

Oh, that was Strike Commander. I playes sims befire that game (like F-19 or Falcon) but this game looked like miracle to me. First time there was not just flying missions but story, characters, cutscenes and all this was very good graphics in its time. I played this game again and again, and i discovered that campaign was non-linear, there was some management in game ( - Why we buy costly Mikes (AIM-9M) when there is mech more cheap Limes (AIM-9L)? - Virgil, Limes can lock on taget on from its tail! - So get on target's tail!). Great game! Later i discovered that there was similar games by same company about WWII (Pacific Strike), WWI (Wings of Glory) or future space wars (Wing Commander and Privateer series). All of them was great, especially Wing Commander III and IV, but Strike Commander will be forever in my heart for showing that there can be excellent sim game with excellent storytelling and showing to the player pilot's life between missions.

For me it was Gothic 1. I remember the strange atmosphere and doing a lot of running to escape certain death. Not in.
Journey for PS3 was a surprising moving experience for me. The beautiful backgrounds and the atmospheric music really enhanced the journey, together with what I thought was an intelligent AI that I was following. I couldn't wrap my head around why such a "simple" game made me feel so enthralled. I was so overwhelmed and moved by the game that I immediately replayed it again. I think I bought Banner Saga because the banner reminded me subconsciously of Journey!

Can i enter for War for the Overworld: Underlord Edition, Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, The - Game of the Year Edition, Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition or Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Game of the Year Edition Deluxe. And Thanks for the giveaway :)

Great giveaway.

I'm in for Witcher III Wild Hunt GOTY.

Thank you!

Diablo. The game brought me back to gaming. I played the game for the first time at a friends and we stayed up all night. It was the first action RPG I played, the atmosphere the random levels and loot drops and he and I adventuring together was just awesome.

Civilisation 1 was my first love affair with a game, trying to re-write history for the losers. As a system PS1 with Ridge Racer, Wipeout, Teken really brought the 3rd dimension to life for me. The jump in graphics from what we'd seen before was a leap other next gen stuff never matched.

Broken Sword 1 I fell in love with the characters.

And Championship Manager 3 I became the best manager on the world on a shoestring budget.

And more recently Elder Scrolls Oblivion on my now broken PS3 introduced me to RPGs

So could I be in for:

Elder Scrolls Oblivion
Grim Dawn
War for the Overworld

@doc0075 I'm still very unhappy about that penalty decision, ruined my weekend. I imagine you've played a game or 2 of Champ Man or Football Man?

BioShock. The atmosphere of underwater city, art, BigDaddies and Little Sisters, plot and twists have been very deeply in my mind.

I'm in for

Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, The - Game of the Year Edition
Risen 3: Titan Lords - Complete Edition
Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Game of the Year Edition Deluxe, The
Grim Dawn
Thanks for the giveaway.

I'm in for:
- BattleZone 98 Redux
- Grim Dawn

What game has wowed me in the past?

Definitely Dwarf Fortress. I remember that when I've read about that game for the first time. The stories from the game, possibilities, list of things in the ascii symbol explanation in the help. I've thought that this must be one, giant joke. That it is unreal to develop game that could encompass all of this, by one man and release it for free.
The original games that wow'ed me were both the original Bard's Tale and the original Wasteland. To have a single attack to do so much damage kind of amazed me. You may think that's strange but during my original playing of the gold box Pool of Radiance, I made it to the keep (?) on the island where the mass attack occurs and I didn't have the fireball spell yet. I had to do it with sleep spells and it was not fun.

Please consider me for either:
Elder Scrolls Oblivion
War for the Overworld
Fallout

edit: Forgot to say thank you. Thanks. :)

reedit: Added Fallout just to give another option.

You right, Doc0075, all nices games !

Please, I'm in for :

- Fallout : New Vegas Ultimate Edition
- The Elder Scrolls IV : Oblivion GOTY

Back in the beginning of the 2000's, my "WOW" game was Operation Flashpoint : Cold War Crisis (known nowadays as Arma : Cold War Crisis). It was the first realistic military simulation with an impressive field of view back in 2001. The system order was very easy to learn and the missions were stressful or exciting, when you have to sneak into a military base or to destroy a convoy with a chopper. I almost had regrets not to done my military service !

Doc0075: The more games you enter for, the greater chance you will win something.
May I suggest that in one of the following giveaways, you reverse this rule, and make it "The less games you enter for, the greater chance to win." It would make your job a bit more complicated but I think you understand why it would be better for all.

Doc0075: Now a question, name a game that has really wowed you in the past and what was so special about it?
A name that has really wowed me was an arcade game, a pinball called "Who dunnit" where you played the role of a detective trying to to discover who was the murderer and chase him. It was so much fun because everything on the pinball machine was designed as a part of a great adventure.
