I want to donate a bunch of games but don't seem to have any way to PM Zeogold - hovering over their name and avatar don't act as hyperlinks. Any ideas? A forum issue?

Yeah, forum issue currently. But make sure those keys are still valid by the way, since they were all freebies at one point or another, in case you got them then, seeing as such free keys expire.

I asked GOG support a while ago and they said these ones were fine and could be gifted any time, though if that was incorrect I'm not sure how we'd know until someone tried to add them. I have got direct redeem URLs for each, and none mention expiry.
I think I'll give up for now, just more errors - I didn't realise it would be this complicated to give games away!

Those are your privacy restrictions, you have it set to the GOG default, which is to be able to chat with friends only.

In case you have Barefoot Essentials enabled, please disable it for now.

It appears all that needs to be disabled is the last option in the bugfixes menu (keep the footer at the bottom of the page). No need to disable the entire script. The issue I was having with the bottom of the page and also the issue of not being able to start a conversation with someone by hovering the mouse over their name in the forum have both been fixed. Thanks to HypersomniacLive for figuring out how to fix it.

Ah, thanks, that works too now I temporarily changed them (when GOG brought in profiles a few things that I used to do easily become more complicated!)
