Barry_Woodward: I would like to see GOG release as many well-made indies as possible
See, I don't think GOG's mission statement with regards to releasing indie games here matches that. Being "well-made" is obviously not the only criteria for an indie game to be released on gog. Maybe they got burned with some previous "super-stylish but not very game-heavy" game, or they've seen they don't sell as well.
Of course, proving them wrong is a simple enough task. Vote for the game you want :D.
They should sell the complete package here but not the single titles.
I was thinking we had some already but I was confusing myself with the Pixel Junk series!
Didn't Ganjin Games rename themselves because it's potentially offensive to call someone a 'Ganjin' at some point too?

Barry_Woodward: All the Bit.Trip games have now been ported to PC and Mac. When is the complete series coming to GOG?
Did you ask Gaijin Games for an update on this via Twitter? If not you should do so (I don't have a Twitter account right now).
Seems good to me.

Would you take issue with me if I posted: "I would like to see GOG release as many well-made older games as possible."? While I love classic games, I don't view indies as lesser. In fact, they have more in common with the games of yesteryear than many of the AAA new releases.

I don't take issue either way. I wouldn't suddenly hate gog and never return if they took on Gaijin games (I own some of their stuff on other platforms), and I wouldn't mind if they didn't show up here. I was just pointing out that being well-made was likely not the only criteria for inclusion in gog.

Personally for me, even for older games, being "well-made" is not the only criteria, there are lots of well-made games that were phenomenally uninteresting and uninspired. However, the difference with older games is that there often may not be anywhere else you could legally obtain them online.

I guess when I refer to something as being "well-made" I don't just mean technically, but also that it's creatively interesting and inspired.

Any word on this coming to GOG?
I have the first two titles and I was really surprised how much fun I had playing them so I would definitely love to see them here. Voted!
