Topic of the thread: What would you do if you could spend 24 hours in full-feedback cyberspace (called "Trance" in the game)?

Describe in flowery detail and unapologetically what your day would look like, and try to be honest. Share your deepest desires! It's a simple task but not an easy one. Keep in mind that in cyberspace, pretty much anything goes. Also, let us know if you're going to activate full feedback or only partial - you can adjust depending on the activity. If you're going to spend your day as a window cleaner inside your local shark aquarium then you might want to not turn on full feedback in case you get eaten.

Short review of the game here

I'm in.

Hmm... Given how popular porn is on the Internet, it should be obvious what most people would be doing in cyberspace. With adjustable feedback settings, clearly that would be useful for increased stamina and mutual satisfaction. Not to mention no fear from STDs and no risk of "9-month long infections" to muck up the sex-filled day. There would be a lot of very happy people!

I mean seriously, how would anyone ever get any work done?

Edit: Ok, details...well let's see, I've already dealt with the first 10-15 minutes of the day, what to do with the next 23:45....
Well, could play some Call of Duty Futuristic Warfare 174 and Witcher 42 the Geriatric Hunt and some Hitman playing Agent 1047 in the 73rd installment of the franchise...

Of course in between games there can be more "15 minute" interludes, maybe every 6 hours or so....

So, in total about 23 hours of playing games and an hour of cyberporn....

It's been a long time since I entered a giveaway, but this game does look great. I'm in.

What would I do? What would I do. Oh, man, let me tell you....

First I would [REDACTED]. And I'm not talking about with just one... hell no! Five. NO. Ten! Ten at once, I mean, why not? Then, after that, a nice relaxing dip in the pool to recharge, when suddenly the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] with huge [REDACTED] until [REDACTED] pretty much everywhere.

Yep. That's what I would do.

Not sure how this cyberspace works, but simply flying would be cool. If not possible, I'd go base jumping. Without the parachute hassle of course, well, and only partial feedback I guess ;-)
Limitless free-diving, that's without freezing and the need to breath, would be my next activity and afterwards I'd lie several hours in the sun without getting a sunburn or worse and in the evening I'd be out for a party, with loud music, smokes and lots of drinks, as long as the hair of the dog stays cyber.

Excellent review, awalterj! I've played all the mentioned games, so it gave me a good impression of what to expect from Technobabylon. Wadjet Eye has never let me down so far, neither as developer nor as publisher. Glad to see they're keeping it up.

Well, besides obvious sexy time with virtual versions of girls I'd probably never have sexy time with in real life (for a myriad of reasons, including lack of interest on their part or lack of interest in doing the necessary effort to achieve it), I'd probably spend quite some time living through extreme situations, you know, free fall, head on car collisions, atmosphere reentrance, being a survivor trying to escape a hellish invasion on one of the moons of Mars, etc.

Another possibility would be to discover what it is like to be in the body of a girl, though that would pretty much lead into more humongous amounts of sexy time.

I would probably be so overwhelmed with all the information, that i'd be to tired to even blink! XD

I would use full feedback.

Morning:

1. Work on the Enterprise (2009 film-verse), and go out with an Orion girl. Don't you judge me, they're awesome XD

2. Play as a courier carrying a vital package filled with brains across the Ishimura during the necromorph infestation (dead space)

3. Be in a light cycle race against Jeff Bridges, Jet from tron 2.0, and Scarlett Johansson, with her in a very tight cyber-suit.

Afternoon:

1. Spend a while on Pandora; its bioluminescence is beautiful, and would make me feel calm. Plus, SPACE DRAGONS. :D

2. Have fun at a fully functioning Jurassic Park; dinosaurs NEVER get old. I would love to see the t-rex or velociraptors in glorious, high-def detail.

3. Play in a simulation of Tomorrowland (the location in the film, picture included), and build some stuff (jetpacks, robot dogs, robot dogs with built-in jetpacks, etc.)

Night:

1. Go to a simulation of the Citadel, and dance with an Asari. Actually, make that 2 asari XD

2. Go to dagobah, and talk with yoda, maybe about how to be calm and focused in a totally digital world (he could be a therapy AI)

Am I really the only one who would look for the thrill of monster hunting in a virtual fantasy RPG world?

What an incredible giveaway! Thanks very much for the opportunity and the creative exercise - I may or may not be in depending how many people ultimately enter. I'm spending some time creating my entry, and I had some questions about the way virtual reality works in the game's world.

Is the virtual world all connected (like if 2 real people are in the virtual world, can they meet each other, or are they in 2 separate yet identical virtual worlds that don't impact each other?) Are there other people? If so are all the people present in the real world copied into the digital copy of world? If there are people (I'd imagine there'd have to be), how are they programmed to behave? Does the all-powerful AI read everyone's personalities/behavior traits and then replicate them with extreme accuracy so when you chew out your boss in VR he behaves as he would in RL? Or does the user's brain influence the happenings (like one entrant said they'd have sex with people who normally he wouldn't be able to, is that feasible in this VR because his brain makes it happen or, how does it work?!)

Looking forward to creating mine, the juices are flowing.
