Need for Speed Shift. GOG must do a deal to get at least some Need for Speed titles because the existing racing catalog is lame.

Still slowly progressing through the SIGIL 2 episode in UZDoom

So far it's an excellent episode, it re-use a bit of the SIGIL 1 concepts (shoot at eyes in some hidden holes to unlock more path , dark areas at least if you don't use the UZDoom/GZDoom updated render but instead use the classic one, etc...) the textures aren't the best i think , too many red walls everywhere, but the episode re-use the original Doom 1 textures so it's not something unexpected

I really like the levels layouts , they are never repetitive or boring, plenty of zones in which you're worrying about your armor and health.
There's a lot of imagination that went in the design on those levels, Romero still got it .

Currently in E6M6 "Vengeance Unleashed", a very cool level that has 3 very different sections you can go through in the order you want
I was wondering why there was a BFG in a lava short tunnel while going for the last section, then i understood when that thing atomized me with its rain of rockets.
Good i had saved before.

I must agree
Doom Sigil 2

Finally completed the episode

It was a lot of fun, the 2 cyberdemons and the spider mastermind attacking you all at once in an open large area was a rather tense battle, the BFG helped a lot but what helped much more is that a Cyberdemon was fighting the Spider Mastermind (probably one of the missiles hit the spider and it shot the demon back)

As both were duking it out, it was letting me taking down the other big guy while dodging its rain of missiles

After that it was much easier to destroy the last 2 bosses as they were still more busy with each other and less worried about the BFG slowly atomizing them :D

All in all if you liked Sigil 1 , you'll appreciate Sigil 2 too . But it's probably the hardest Doom official episode of them all so be prepared and don't let those demons surprise you.

In the end text Romero announce there will be a new episode named Hellion soon

Can't wait

Freelancer

Being actively hunted by one of the major powers , Trent and his friends are doing a great escape to another sector of space.
Fighting their way and facing big cruisers, fortunately they're not alone on this as various organisations are helping

But what a bunch of difficult fights this mission have been , another reason why in Freelancer you must always think about getting a full set of repair items before going into a story mission, there are some difficulty spikes in those.

Using the afterburner to help dodging the many, many shots coming to your ship is a must

Fortunately, now things have cooled down, making some money to afford a new ship

Freelancer

After more adventures Trent made new friends, not his choice though , but staying alive is still better.

On the road to get a macguffin that escaped us in the previous story mission, after battling lots of enemies ship , finally Trent and friends ran stupidly in a trap on a very weird base.

And it was time for the "oh damn" spoiler to happen :)
Looks like even more problems just landed into Trent, the guy that just wanted to make some money easily and left alone, now he's going to have to save the universe.

Wrapped things up for the Expert Difficulty No Damage All Parry playthrough in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 the other day, and decided to take the 'Peeping Tom' mode for a spin (1/2):
