Fantastic, though having to use Battlenet sucks.

That's a bummer yes :\ But I'm really tempted to get it. They put more effort into it than I expected, like the ingame unit portraits which they redid completely. Some units sorely needed that. Lego head battlecruiser captain for instance.

NOW, the visual is the ONLY change. Everything else is totally identical.

That's right! I used to play SC very much back in the day and i also used to make maps/missions with the editor too. I'd definitely buy the Remastered version (and SC2) if it wasn't for the battlenet thing; still, very happy with my retail version that doesn't require any kind of activation to run. :)

I also have my old disks for SC + Broodwar lying around, and I think I've forgotten enough of my playthrough by now to attempt another one :) Battlenet at least works pretty well even if I'm a bit annoyed having to use it for something that should be completely playable offline. So I'll probably get SC remastered sometime, along with Heart of the Swarm while I'm at it. Story aside, Wings of Liberty had a pretty damn fantastic campaign.
Started Dark Souls 2 again.

I replayed an old favourite. With increased age and much less practise, my time is not very good but at least I made it all the way.

Unlike yours, my computer is from 2009 and it came with Windows Vista and a form for mailing to MS and then they sent me a copy of W7 when that one came out. It is still on W7 even if I have considered installing some Linux next to it (Manjaro or Antargos probably). I think I never checked my parents' computer with W10 whether there is Minesweeper or not.

I used to be very good at this and Tetris, like very very good. Never quite managed to get under two minutes though :-( so close at 123s.

Now I have 'played' Youtube, hehe. Not a game really. Unsure of what game to play.

How about trying Tetris the Grand Master (TGM)? Or its sequels? (TGM2 Death mode is incredibly difficult, and TGM3 Shirase mode is so hard that even the best TGM players in the world can't consistently clear it.)

I think these games will give you a feel for what "very good at Tetris" means for real.
