I'd rather have General Grant than General Lee.
Anyway, from what I hear, the FM Towns version of Ultima 6, from what I've read, has voice acting from Richard Garriott himself. I have, however, heard that that voice acting wasn't that good.
It seems a bit odd that the version with voice acting would be one that is only released in Japan for a Japan-only computer system. (Ever heard of the FM Towns?)

Forgotten Realms: Demon Stone has voices done by Michael Clarke Duncan and Patrick Stewart. That was cool to see, and hear.

My two favorites:
Ian Ziering in FreeLancer
and
Larry B. Scott as the Paladin in Diablo 2.
Ian does a lot of voice work so that didn't throw me so much but realizing that was Lamar/Tasty Taste as the Paladin really blew my mind.
