Cavalary: Seems more likely that if they'll do something about them they're more likely to remove them altogether...
Probably. Would be a pity though, I can see them work with the profiles, activities and whatnot, they just need some refinements (drag and drop for sorting would be a start)

fronzelneekburm: Honestly, I find them functional enough. At least I have the option to edit them, which already places them waaaay above the functionality of user reviews (which, once they go up, can't be edited - unless you want to bother support about it). Yeah, it's utterly clunky, but it's still serviceable. The main gripe I have at the moment is how sorting works. The way this list originally worked is to have the more severe cases near the top, but with over 100 entries that's become quite impossible to manage.
Sure they are functional and I don't really want any unnecessary bloat added, I just would like to have some quality of life improvements. Sorting is the biggest issue I have with it too...

Hello everyone.
I think that we should consider adding to the list "Master of Orion: Conquer the Stars".
As far as i can see the last update to the GoG version is from 25 April 2017.
The last (mini)fix for Steam version is from 05 May 2017.
I know that in comparison to other games it is almost nothing, but...
I think we should stay vigilant in every, even smallest case of injustice, because otherwise we'll end up even worse than now like, in example, case of Perception or Advent Rising where some patches are missing.

For some reason i don't see the GOG version in the store, or is this an inconsistent codename. I know the new master of orion game is getting a ton of updates here seemingly every time i update, though.
I received an email from GOG support on Holy Potatoes We're in Space possibly containing Red Shell. They say, "our [GOG] release most likely never had it in the first place" and "Red Shell has been added in 1.1.2 and removed in 1.1.3." (Note that the GOG version of the game is still 1.1.0.) The support person's use of "most likely" makes me think they weren't 100% certain, so I looked into it more.

The 1.1.2 patch notes on Steam _do_ mention the addition of RedShell. However, the patch was released almost simultaneously with 1.1.3, which removed RedShell. I wonder if they added it earlier but decided to mention it now because of the press it was getting? I found a few people online complaining, to the devs of Holy Potatoes, that "even the GOG version" had RedShell. However, I don't know if they were just assuming this was the case since other games did have RedShell (such as Kerbel SP) or if they own the game. I'm personally still not going to download it to check. (I own the GOG version.) Not that much of a hardship for me because...it's not the greatest game. ;) I actually uninstalled it a long time ago. If I feel like playing, I'm still planning to wait for the dev to confirm.

If GOG did miss the RedShell update, perhaps this was the one time it's better that a game is out of date. :) I'm not sure if this game should be removed from the list. I'll leave it up to you.

By "Master of Orion: Conquer the Stars" i mean "new" Master of Orion from 2016.
Indeed, in the past it got a lot of updated equally with Steam, but if you look in the following links, you will probably notice that GoG is missing one minor, the last one update.

https://www.gog.com/forum/master_of_orion_conquer_the_stars/changelog - ctrl+c and ctrl+v from changelog. Compated to Steam version minor patch is missing. It isn't mentionet in changelog so i assume that it wasn't delivered here.
By the way new Master of Orion forum on GoG have name "Master of Orion: Conquer the Stars", so i tought it would be clear what I'm writing about.

The version number according to the installer is 55.1.1 which is the version from May. It seems to match the current Steam version. The changelogs aren't always updated unfortunately. This seems to be the case in this instance.

Well, with Your evidence it seems I was wrong an You both were right.
Kohlrak - it seems I've own You an apology for my quite nasty behavior. It was just fear, that I brought outdated product, witch now seems as unnecessary. I have to admit, I was wrong.
Tremere110 - thanks for screens. Backup copy would be the the last place I'd search for a game version.
I have received a request to add Dead Cells. Looks like mod support is Workshop-exclusive once again. Allow me to quote from the message I got:

I just wish to ask if you could add Dead Cells to your list of "Games that treat GOG customers as second class citizens" because they have workshop support on steam and doesn't allow us to download it from third party websites.

I've sent a DM for Motion twin and tweeted mentioning them asking for this, but no response.
I even sent a message for their moderator indieCatapult, but no response too. So I guess this is it, we won't be able to get mods for this game.
Seems fair enough to add it. If there are any objections, please let me know.

edit: Uhmmm, lol. Looks like this game won't be added to the mix for now. Or any game, for that matter. When I try to save the updated mix, the "Save" button turns into a spinning wheel of death and that's that. I can't make any changes to the mix.

Yeah, both the forums and the website in general are acting pretty weirdly as of late. I really hope it's just a sign that there's something in the works for the 10th Anniversary, and not that this is finally falling apart.

As for Dead Cells, and AFAIC, on the list it goes! (or will go, once the mixes work properly again...)

Just got a reply from the Blackhole devs and if it is true what they are saying the game should not be on the list:

"We are on gamescom! Sorry for not answering sooner. We are still working on it. It will hit GOG soon. Actually Steam and GOG will get their version synced. The GOG 1.7 is the Steam 1.9. -We had different versions to each store/build platform. We will sync this with BLACKHOLE 1.10 hitting the GOG and Steam really soon."

It's possible that the patch was steam specific?

Doesn't look like it, judging by the contents of the v55.1.1 patch linked by Mateuszy...

I'll go ahead and remove it as soon as gog has gotten around to fixing gogmixes.

Knowing gog, they usually go for the most blunt band aid solution imaginable whenever they run into tech-issues. So they'll probably just disable gogmixes altogether.

At least I could appreciate the irony of that: A gogmix that's largely about games that get abandoned by their devs and are left to rot gets axed because gog abandoned gogmixes and left them to rot. It would be a fitting end indeed.

This is indeed a big irony.

Seeing Shadowrun Returns mentioned in the Back to School Sale as a newly added GOG Connect title, reminded me that neither Shadowrun Digital Deluxe Edition nor an upgrade to it was ever released here while they're still available on Steam, and this was mentioned more than 2yrs ago.

Has a reason for why it wasn't added to the list posted here, and I just missed it?
