Breja: Seriously Bradley, even for you this is a new low. What are you going to sudgest next? Separate game stores for colored people?
KiNgBrAdLeY7: The only thing i suggested was for games to come straight at the consumer and write on them the type of content that is inside them, nothing else. I didn't say to ban them, i didn't say to separate them; only thing i say, is to WRITE WHAT THEY CONTAIN INSIDE! So as no one from the people buying them, gets angry and bashes. Where is the nasty thing in my proposition, is it shameful for a product to enlist its features with truth and honesty? Read the Steam forums yourself and just see what this is all about! Even trans people bashed the game for this move; which is, turning a classic game into cheap, SJW propaganda.
Had it written in its description that, though, then the people who like it would get it, the people who don't wouldn't and everyone would be happy, or at least not spewing fire and clashing like that. Logic.
And did i say ban anywhere? Stop putting words in my mouth. Free choice is EVERYONE's right; as is to INFORMATION, first and foremost, which also sadly happens to be a PREREQUISITE for making that free choice mentioned above! Sheesh, do i have to spell out everything?
This actually makes sense now that you explain it. After all, food has to be labeled with any artificial dyes/preservatives/chemicals, and amount of carbs, protein, etc. This way, consumers can make informed decisions about what to eat.
Why not do the same with all media (games, movies, music), that way a person knows exactly what they are getting and only consumes media which suits them and the "diet" they choose?
I give you a +1 for explaining the matter and just because I feel like handing out +1s today.
