Well, judging from recent releases, such as Baldur's Gate Dragonspear, there is some need to update the "Game Rating" system and enrich it with new descriptions on product. Some suggestions of mine, would be, besides the well known ones (ex sex and nudity, drugs, bad language, suggestive themes, alcohol etc), something like:

1) SJW - Social Justice Warmongering
2) HTP - Homosexuality Themes Promotion (romance paths/endings in Mass Effect for example)
3) TIG - Transgenders In Game
4) GIG - Gays in game (ex Kung Jin in MK X)
5) BRE - Bad Remake Execution

Remember, people, "suggestive themes" have to be written on the product, as (warning) label, to abide by true game rating and for the audience control. Poor guy over in steam forums can't allow his child to play the game because dragonspear has all this content but no warning over it! This way everyone will be happy and no flames would surge. Come straight and come clean at everyone, with what your product contains, before they buy it and then howl for refunds something mighty!

I disagree. 1-4 are rather offensive statements of the game, and calling them warnings is also offensive. 5 is subjective and better left to reviews.

If I could be serious for a moment, if there is one warning I'd like to see clearly stated on a game's store page it would be an epilepsy warning.

I don't have epilepsy, but certain games with lots of flashing lights and colors give me a major headache. Tower of Guns comes to mind.
