awalterj: Chinese Diablo clones:

Prince of Qin
Seal of Evil
Blade & Sword

Chinese Age of Empires clones:

The Three Kingdoms: Fate of the Dragon
Dragon Throne: Battle of Red Cliffs

Isometric 2D SVGA goodness, very yummy, please vote. If you're tired of Diablo & Age of Empires, these are very nice alternatives and they look just as fine. Rather obscure but I'm sure there's a demand for this kinda stuff on here.
i have "The Three Kingdoms: Fate of the Dragon" on old retail cd,
but as expected it wont run on 64 bits....too bad..

This is odd, I have the game and it works fine under Win7 64bit. Couldn't install and run the game from my original DVD so I had to resort to downloading an alternate version and I somehow bastardized that version with files from the original DVD and somehow got the game to run, at first only in Chinese but eventually in English...I can't remember what I did exactly, anyway i just wanted to say that the game can be made to run under a 64bit WIndows. Not playing the game anymore right now because I find the missions quite tedious with having to switch between different map areas.
I'm still shilling for Gemcraft.

Probably will be forever, as GOG rejected it and the dev isn't interested in Humble or itch, so there's no DRM-free copy of this game available anywhere.

i have a cd version, its a cheap simple amaray case, it says PC cd-rom
UBISOFT eXclusive
these games were very common in big stores, v&d (now closed) , free record, toys r us, and sometimes even at more common shops like marskramer, blokker, bart smit etc etc etc...

google on ubisoft exclusive, click images and you will see all the games.

check attachment

So maybe these 'cheap retail' versions are crap? i dont know...
Anyway i think the devs who make games, are the ones responsible for non compatible games, if they programmed by the rules the old games would still be working , desperados (the first and best one, cause desperados 2 is bad )
original cd game ( have 2 retail copies) work on win7 64 bit, so it is possible to run games on new windows (minus the bad win 10 ofcourse , that win is very bad).
The old redalert 2 and expansions also work on win7 64 bits, i havent tried tiberian sun and expansion yet, but maybe these will work aswell on win764 bit.

The Last Dynasty -- currently has 26 votes.

This flight sim/adventure game hybrid was one of my favorite games back in the mid-90s. My current CD's don't run on modern OS's so it'd be great to see GOG get this one to run.
Aurion: Legacy of the Kori-Odan

A very colourful 2D sidescrolling fantasy action-RPG heavily based on African mythology and culture, from Kiro'o Games "the first game development studio in Central Africa". Looks great, as far as I'm concerned. The game was released on Steam only four days ago and I hope that you, like I, would love to have it on the side where I have the most games (i.e. here, obviously).

Granted, the developers are self-taught and this is their first game, so I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't quite up to supporting their game on two distribution platforms.

Also, yeah, the game only runs on Windows (well, there's Wine, but I don't know how well it works there), but I want the game here despite not using that OS.

Though you can get to it from the wishlist entry, here's a link to the game's home page, for the lazy of you.

I like the idea of this thread, so I'd like to throw there something as well:

1.Indie games:

Macro Tactics: https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/macro_tactics

Advance Wars clone on PC with some online multiplayer? Count me in!
(I've added this one because it seems that it wasn't added earlier)

Spark: Electric Jester: https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/spark_the_electric_jester

Awesome platform game inspired by Sonic series, by author of fan-games Sonic Before the Sequel/After the Sequel. I highly recommend to check Spark's demo, it's really fun to play!

Soulcaster (1&2) : https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/soulcaster_1_2

It's a really nice mix of simple action game and tower defense - great even for people, who are bored with most of TD games (like me)

2. Non-indie (but worth your votes!)

Outlive: https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/outlive
A bit forgotten RTS with some interesting concepts and two completely different sides of confilict -definitelly worth to check (demo available), especially if you're fan of first Starcraft.

Hard Truck: Apocalypse : https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/hard_truck_apocalypse
and stand-alone add-on - Rise of the Clans: https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/hard_truck_apocalypse_rise_of_clans

One of the most pleasant vehicular-combat PC games I've ever played, sadly, "original" version was a bit buggy, but it's still incredibly entertaining title (add-on as well).

Sonic Heroes https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/sonic_heroes

Probably one of the most underestimated games from this series, IMO it done many things better than Adventure series (at least in terms of making consistent and enjoyable gameplay). Definitelly worth to get back to digital distribution!

Sonic Riders https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/sonic_riders

A bit 'experimental' title, but surprsingly enjoyable - you'll need to get used to it a bit, but after that you'll have a lot of fun with this game.

Hunter Hunted : https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/hunter_hunted

Absolute "must-have" for every fan of platform games set in dark sci-fi setting. And those two characters with vastly different weapon set - delightful!
