Yeah, I played these a lot back in the day, especially SR2.

Not sure if bring them here would be as simple as it seems, basically it's abandonware.
You can download them legally for free from here.
Also, these a comment here that states that there has been contacts with GOG.

Street Rod Online is also the name of the site and while its owner, Marco Kleijer, does work on a game called Street Rod Online, his company, MK Consultancy, has acquired the rights to the old games, which he offers through his site. The downloads can be found here.

Far out man! :D Never heard of this but it vaguely reminds me of the car designer game I played in grade school. Of course this was the mid 80s so there was no racing, but you could do all sorts of cool wind tunnel testing and stuff.
