MightyPinecone: I doubt the GTA series will ever come to GOG as it contains various other licenses (music and the like) that R* probably won't find it worth renegotiating.
The recent games, yes, are unlikely (very much), but I'd not be surprised at all if the classic games appeared here.
The ones before they decided to transform it in 3D open-world video games.
I got the old games for free, without DRM, some years ago.
Rockstar was giving them for free in official website.
If you aren't desperate for eye-candy games you can have some fun, they're still good games.

GOGer: [...].

gog also is a sjw flower. why? they outright refuse to release hatred. i have email from hatred devs saying so. they tried but gog denied them. this is a known fact. valve now has a better and more open game policy than gog. how times change.
[...]
A delicate SJW flower which have games like HunniePop, Carmagedon and Postal 1 and 2.....

Nah, Hatred was refused because it was bugged, boring and a bit carp. Which is a shame, because there was actually a decent engine under there, shame they forgot to add some gameplay to it.

Anyway, Steam have ALWAYS had a more open policy than gOg just because gOg is curated and Steam is not....it's kind of the whole point there.

pretty much this, personally I would not have minded if Hatred showed up here, because hey whom am I to judge about what games people enjoy, I play world of tanks for fucks sake, if they devs ever make a bug fixed and more improved hatred, I hope to see it on gog here sometime.

tinyE: GOG hasn't refused to release it because they are soft, they refuse to release it because it sucks! :D

GOGer: absolute lie. i asked the developer and he told me.
And you believe a single word a hatred dev said to you, after the mess of their marketting and release campaign? ^^

GOGer: these are the final years of the dying pc gaming scene.

Breja: I've been hearing that for about 20 years now. Somehow, I stopped being much concerned ater the first decade :P
Does Torment classify as a major game?

Also, is it any good?

As to the former- I'd think so. I've seen it discussed in the various gaming media backwards and forewards as much as any major game, it certainly has a price of a major game, and it's supposedly also massive in terms of content and playtime.

As to the latter- I have no idea- I have not played it and I never will, seeing how I didn't like the first Torment :P

First game was pretty good imo, except for the shitty combat system. And boring grind in a certain part of the game.

Sadly I missed the DRM free versions, but I have them on Steam (I also have the first one on PSX). I did enjoy them back in the day. They don't seem to be for sale (or even free) anymore though.

EDIT: It seems you can get hold of them via https://www.greenmangaming.com/games/grand-theft-auto-collection/ although they aren't listed as being part of the package. I suspect there are some licensing issues meaning they cannot be sold anymore, not listing them making it so that R* can claim those games aren't what the customers where actually buying but just an extra—or some jazz like that.

Well... I support most of the OPs wishlist of games and hope to see gog release them ('cept Hatered); but not quite the way he/she expresses him/herself.

Weird how you can activate GTA I & II in Steam if you buy that collection you linked.
Because from what I've read you don't receive them if you purchase the collection directly from Steam LOL.
I've read ssome people recommending HRK, but I've never used, don't know how trustworthy that website is.
There is also another thing, it's region locked. Blaargh.

Yeah that's wierd. Never heard of HRK before, but it doesn't seem to cater to the DRM free crowd, so I guess it's not for me regardless. Luckily regional locking of games hardly ever seems to affect Sweden, but it seems Germany gets the short end of the stick once again, and i know how much that tends to be appreciated around here.

i don't appreciate you assuming i am a he or she. i am neither. i consider myself a gender bender twinkie and wish to be addressed as such.

ps: i'm suicidal right now because you assholes downvoted my forum rating. if it doesn't go back up soon i might just die.

how's ubisoft games past 2011 coming along, so much beloved (by others) gog staff?

is a 2013 and 2014 game not possible? farcry 3 and watch_dog

skyrim? a 2011 single player game? no? hmmmmmm..

let's pray together!!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
dear beloved jesus GOD in heaven, please bring the above mentioned games to gog and many more.
GOD, why is there no GTA4 here? an 11 year old game? or even the others which are now all music gutted?
(and yes, i do thank you for mafia 3, which was a sjw flop as a game, but at least i have the full version of it before it too gets music gutted.)
dear beloved jesus GOD, is gog staff even trying to get all the games on steam, the proper ones? like, there are so many indie ones that would come to gog but they are not approached. gog staff needs to reach out. they should go to steam website and search for games and then from there find who owns them and try and make deals. but dear and holy beloved jesus GOD in heaven, gog staff seems to not want to do that. i read stories recently of good games being rejected.
and finally beloved jesus GOD, when will we have gog profiles that even just via web browser show how many games, and which ones people have? only so i can show the haters and downvoters that i have more then they do. so whilst i talk the talk, i'm still TALLER than they are on the GOG "platform".
/kthxby
ps: i just realized i was asking for mafia 2 last time and we have it, albeit music gutted.. (and of course, i have it)
Postal 1&2 were released(except dlc) before the curations team came on the scene, and HunniePop is censored.
