The giveaway just ended, but the winner already had the base game, which was against of the only requirement I asked in the description:

"Please, don't enter if you have only the base game. I'll ask for a re-roll if the winner already had the base game. Thanks for understanding."

Because of this, I was forced to ask for a re-roll... :(

I don't mean to be rude, but if someone enters a giveaway without even reading the requirements, that person should be expelled from the group, or at least receive a warning. That's acting like a bot.
I am actually surprised. I don't know who the third one is, but the first two are legit users of this site, and quite gentle, actually. Honestly, I was expecting a lurker. I feel my previous words are too harsh now.

Azrael360, I personally think you handled it perfectly. I hope that anyone who adds extra rules enforces them as you did.

I'm not sure this sort of offense should result in a ban or anything, but it's within the rights of the giveaway maker to add rules and enforce them.
