Always a shame to see a game go, but if it's going to fall significantly behind its Steam counterpart's updates, this is a good way to handle it. Thanks for the heads up.

Thanks for the heads up, I admit the game isn't for me however 1 less game is 1 less game. Hopefully it will come back when it's more developed and fully released, maybe it won't be too much to handle multiple stores by then. Although I fear many will remember this day, hopefully they will be kind to give them a warm welcome back :-)

Despite their best efforts, the devs behind Startup Company will not be able to maintain update parity between GOG.COM and other platforms. We've mutually agreed that it's best to delist the game from our catalog.

If you own the game on GOG.COM, you'll of course get to keep the game in your library. You can also reach out to our support team (support.gog.com) and request a refund, or get in touch directly with the developers at: support[at]hovgaardgames.com

Startup Company will be delisted on Monday, April 30.
You said we can get refund for the game, does this mean we can get a refund for all the other games that have never got updates from other devs here as well? cause I am sitting on like 20 games that have a lot of missing updates and I want my money back for all of them.

is this possible? or just for this one games instance?

While my post is specifically about Startup Company, contact our support team about your other issues pretty please. It doesn't make much sense for you to get stuck in this sort of situation.
